It consists of two floors. The second level has a double bedroom, a shower room and spacious verandas with seating areas. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double and single bed and a bathroom. The ground floor is also equipped with a kitchen-living space which opens onto a pergola shaded area.

The villa is overlooking the sea, within easy walking distance from the beach. It is fully furnished to a very high standard and has a bar and restaurant.
