We are happy to offer you our small country style villa with direct views over the mountains.
The family-friendly, cosy, comfortable country house is equipped with a very large, bright and friendly kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee- and tea-machine, oven and hob etc.
The dining room with flat screen TV has direct access to the terrace, which is perfect for evening relaxation.
A large living room provides complete relaxation after a day spent in
Salzburger Land.
Three spacious, comfortable bedrooms with sofa and balcony having a direct view over the mountains, offer you a peaceful night’s sleep in your holiday.
The 2 modern bathrooms in Italian style, are equipped with shower and bathtub and 2 separate toilets.
Our villa is situated in a superb place on the edge of woodland, surrounded by meadows.
Let the soul dangle and enjoy pure relaxation.
Despite the peaceful, quiet location of the villa, you are only 5 minutes walk away from the centre with many good restaurants, nice bars, shops and tourist information, a health spa and play area.
The house is situated in a beautiful, large, sunny garden, with complete furniture perfect for relaxing and an open grill area. The price for this house starts at 180 EUR to 490EUR per day, for the whole family up to 8-10 persons. The price is dependent on booking season. Included in the price is: laundry, departure cleaning, taxes, and local council rates. You will be greeted with a complementary freshly baked Gugelhupf cake and a bottle of Prosecco.
We can further offer you 1 day free of charge with stays of 14 days or more.
For groups of larger than 10 persons, we can offer accommodation in our apartment house which lies directly next to the villa or we have further holiday homes available.

Directions
Golling is in the heart of the county of Salzburg, approx. 25 kilometres south of Mozart´s town. Direct connection to the Tauern motorway. Express train station, aswell as tram and bus stops.
By car:
From the A10 Tauern motorway take the exit to Golling (both from the north aswell as the south).
By train:
From Salzburg main train station there are connections to Golling every half hour. Direct connections from Berlin, Dortmund und Saarbrücken as well as Vienna are available.
By aeroplane:
Salzburg Airport W.A. Mozart - 25 km away. From the airport you can travel directly to the train station with a public bus and then by train to Golling.
Personal pickup on arrival by train or aeroplane (free of charge), furthermore we can organise a rental car for you (extra charge)

HALF-BOARD PACKAGES
We reserve for you in one very good hotels in Golling a half board package, you can go there and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Every day in another restaurant. They offer dishes from typical austrian, Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Spanish or asia food.
If you are looking for a "traditional" half-board package with good, hearty, homemade food and well-selected house wines then the Silver Package might be suitable. The menu is much less elaborate than what the Gold package offers and the wine supply is limited per day. There is no waitress serving the food (apart from groups larger than 10 people) and you will be helping yourself from the table, meaning a more relaxed service than in the Gold Package;
The Gold Package is the package you should go for if you want to be treated to gourmet food, breakfasts of your own choice, open drinks cabinet and pre-dinner canapes. You will have a waitress serving you breakfast, pre-dinner drinks and evening meals. You can communicate with the chef prior to arrival to decide on menus and special requests. There will be Champagne reception on your arrival, fresh fruit and snacks always at your disposal.
