Our gites are situated in the heart of the picturesque village of St Nicolas des Eaux A pretty 'protected' village tucked along the banks of the river 'Le Blavet'. This ground floor apartment is beautifully furnished, decorated with great attention and offers excellent self catering facilities.

The apartment is in a stunning position overlooking Lac Ste Croix with views to the mountains beyond. The lake is fabulous for swimming and watersports. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard and the shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes walk

Chemin Cottage is a secluded part of an old farmhouse property, on the edge of the sleepy medieval village of Saint Benoit. With views of the beautiful 13th century church and local rolling hills. This tranquil location affords easy access for all the attractions and opportunities of the region.

The gite is in the middle of a Conservation area with peace and quiet but not isolated. It is in a lane with no passing traffic. Surrounded by woods with a river walk it is very peaceful but not isolated, with Normandy attractions all within an hours drive. Fully booked every year.

Ideal location for couples and families with small children, plenty of on site facilities including a games room and playing field. WIFI and English TV included. Just a short drive away: Ile d'Re, Marais Poitevin, Water parks, Chatelaillon, Fouras and La Rochelle aquarium, parks and beaches.

The apartment is within 200m of the ski slopes in Le Monetier-les-Bains, Serre Chevalier, France and is an easy walking distance from the village centre, with its good selection of shops and restaurants. There is a swimming pool, sauna and steam room and beautiful mountain views from the terrace.

The cottage is in an excellent sight-seeing location encircled by the many tourist attractions of the area. After a busy day you can relax by the pool,set in the tranquil 7 acre grounds or take a short stroll to Meyrals centre with it's 2 restaurants, bar, boulangerie/general store and charcuterie.

Converted from an old outbuilding, the gite retains many of the original features. It is furnished to a very high standard with the additional advantages of a shared swimming pool, a private courtyard garden and balcony. It is within easy reach of Jarnac and Cognac, both on the Charente river.
