Christmas and New Year in Athens, Greece

Beginning with the lighting of the giant Christmas tree in Syntagma Square, the city of Athens comes alive with lights and music from mid December until early January. Don't miss the Flisvo Marina Winter Wonderland on the coast in Falero, just a 20 minute tram ride from our home.
The National Gardens will be transformed into a Fairy Tale Forest for young and old alike. New year's eve there'll be plenty of concerts and fireworks.
