Welcome to our luxury appointed home with own private pool.
Its' a 2 bed, 1.1/2 bathroom Golf Villa within the gated grounds of Mar Menor Golf Resort. The resort has a great 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, with its own driving range, buggy hire, a great pro shop, and Spike Bar.
The resort has plenty to offer with many bars and restaurants, 5* Hotel and Spa, onsite supermarket, bank atm, tennis, padel tennis, gym, communal pools, kids club. Alongside the resort is El Boulevard with a further range of Restaurants and Bars.
The property is light and airy with open plan design over 2 floors, furnished to a high standard, air-conditioned throughout, centrally heated for the cooler months, with flat screen LED 65"TV with English channels and own Wi-Fi.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including washer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.
You have full use of the outdoor facilities which include a large charcoal barbecue and sunbeds.
Linen and towels are provided including beach towels.
There is one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and if needed a sofa bed in the lounge.

The perfect Spanish Getaway!
Our trip to Casa Hemmings was the perfect Spanish get away! The villa had everything we possibly needed and had a very comfortable feel, home away from home! The kitchen was well equipped and the owners had supplied the villa with thoughtful touches such as items ranging from adapters to plasters. The garden was lovely, it felt very private and secluded and had a splendid pool to cool off and relax in. The location was brilliant, having plenty to do on the resort, with mini golf and paddle courts to a fully equipped gym - there really is something for everyone. Shopping was convenient: only a short, scenic walk to the other side of the resort. Together with a few restaurants within the resort, the boulevard provided a wide variety of places to eat just a few minutes walk from the villa. We had a wonderful stay in Casa Hemmings and would go back in a heartbeat!
Great Family Villa
We have just returned as a family of four from a 10 night stay at Casa Hemmings. We had a great time and we are missing it already. The villa is fully equipped and very comfortable with plenty of options to sit and lounge. The cherry on top is the lovely pool. Our kids spent many, many hours in it by day and also many an evening as it is fully lit. There are plenty of eating establishments within walking distance and the beaches and other areas of interest are a relatively short drive away. We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the resort.
