This festival sees the celebration over two days of the local culinary traditions, with local produce, namely the saffron DOP de L'Aquila made famous by chefs around the world. Activities include local exhibitions showcasing local artists and artisans and a Donkey Race in an adaptation of medieval costumes, food and traditional local dances.
