Braemar comes alive late in October every year with 5 days of fun and culture. Sign up for the Performing Arts section with lessons in traditional musical instruments - chanter, fiddle, whistle, plus workshops in drama, song, dance. If the Visual Arts are what interests you, you will find classes in acrylics, silkscreen printing, ceramics, woodwork, and various forms of needlework.
Every evening has entertainment...movie nights, quizzes, concerts, ceilidhs, music sessions, and there are a number of fringe events happening during the days too like an ART market, a squirrel trail for the whole family, cooking demonstrations, and exhibitions.
