Description
The 210 sq m villa is idyllically situated within a large 2000 sq m pretty garden with mature trees, and enjoys a wonderful beachside position beside a small cluster of villas, just 2 minutes walk to the beautiful undeveloped 2km beach. Villa Amorosa enjoys absolutely breathtaking unobstructed sea views towards Chrysochou Bay, Polis, and from here you can watch fabulous sunsets into the sea.
There are no villas directly in front of the poolside, or to the right or behind the villa, due to strict building regulations. The private pool has Roman steps and a handrail and the excellent baby pool is to the side. New for 2014 a wooden pergola at front, overlooking sea. It provides shade in the morning, and is a lovely spot for breakfast. The poolside is fenced for safety.

Within easy striking distance of Latchi harbour in one direction, with its excellent fish tavernas and selection of shops/supermarkets etc. and the Baths of Aphrodite and the Akamas National Park in the other. Reached via a track leading from the coast road to the beach, the location of this luxurious house is private yet not isolated.
Polis Town is nearby and offers a variety of shops and tavernas, a pedestrianised centre, and has the feel of a quaint and interesting village
