The villa has an exquisite Balinese / Thai style tropical open plan Living area, with 55 inch SMART tv with Netflix and YouTube. There is a Dining area here also with table and 4 dining chairs. Both the Living area and Dining area have attractive views across to the pool, Lotus pond and surrounding lush garden.

Indoor Living area with air conditioning, with also a large flat screen SMART tv with Netflix and YouTube and a bookcase filled with selection of books.

Fully fitted Kitchen fitted with a large fridge/freezer, gas hob, toaster, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine. French doors leading to a small and attractive garden patio.

Outside utility area provided.

The double Bedroom has air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, king size double bed. Double doors lead out to decking to the fresh salt water swimming pool.

Tropical style Bathroom with a terrazzo large bath tub, walk-in rain shower and vanity unit. The Bathroom has beautifully and uniquely been created within surrounding lush tropical greenery, and has the classic look of terrazzo to the bathroom walls.

There is a lovely salt water swimming pool, where you can step out from both the Living room or Bedroom, with its opening double doors, onto the sun deck into the pool. On the sun deck you also have a garden table, chairs and large parasol, together with sun beds. A gas barbecue is located by the poolside where you can cook fresh meat or fish purchased from the local market or stores. Outside rain shower.

Around the pool are lush tropical plants and flowers, together with wrap around Lotus Pond filled with colourful carp, catfish and baby turtles. Guests are more than welcome to feed the fish and turtles in the pond with the fish food provided.

We have a professional masseuse that will come to the villa at your request, and at a very reasonable price.

Guests have complete private access to the whole Villa throughout, with their own salt water swimming pool. We live not far away and can come to your assistance during your stay.

All towels and linen provided. The villa is cleaned after every 3 nights, with change of clean bed linen and towels also after every 3 nights. Small bottle of shower gel and shampoo provided for the first night.

We can assist you with the rental of a vehicle. All our cars are insured, with the guest being responsible, and limited, for the first 20,000 Baht of any damage. There is no insurance on mopeds where the guest pays for any damage incurred.

It is the guests' responsibility to ensure that they also have their own comprehensive Travel & Health Insurance, and appropriate driving documentation for Thailand.

If you do not want to rent a car or moped, we have telephone numbers for guests that you can be picked up from the Villa.

Location description

Within 5-10 minutes walk from the Villa you have fine restaurants serving both delicious Thai and European food, together with mini-marts for your daily needs, several laundry shops and a couple of massage shops to help ease that aching body. Also a couple of small bars to quench your thirst with an ice cold beer or two.

For entertainment you have the Tiger Zoo, Aquarium and the Butterfly Garden. Slightly further a field watch the locals with the monkeys that collect the coconuts from the trees and you will be amazed.

Also close by is Centara Villas Resort and Samui Orchid which opens their doors to non residents and have many superb facilities to enjoy, including numerous restaurants and bars.

Five minutes away by motorbike or car you have the fishing village of Baan Hua Thanon where fresh fish, fruit and vegetables are sold daily at the local market, together with various local shops, a Seven Eleven 24 hour supermarket, doctors surgery, Chinese Temple, amongst other things.

The seaside town of Lamai, the second largest on the island and far superior in every way to the polluted Chaweng, is just 10 minutes away by motorbike or car. Here you can fine dine in one of the beachside restaurants, shop until you drop, party until dawn if you wish or just relax in one of the many watering holes Lamai has to offer and watch the world go by.

Just remember nowhere on the island is more than 35 minutes away, private car hire with a driver, taxis, motor bike taxis and the local public transport which run around the ring road called song taews or simply hire a motorbike or car.

Directions

Bangkok Airways has numerous daily flights connecting Bangkok with Samui. In addition, they have daily flights servicing the Phuket-Samui route.

Visitors can also get to Koh Samui by bus from Bangkok via ferry.
Bangkok-Koh Samui buses depart from Bangkok�s Southern Bus Terminal at 19.30 daily. Travelling time is 13 hours.
Songserm Rungrueang Co.Ltd. operates bus services from Bangkok to Koh Samui daily at 5 pm. The bus arrives at Koh Samui at 11 am on the next day.

Visitors can take a train from Bangkok to Surat Thani Railway Station, then take a connecting bus to Samui via the Ferry

Surat Thani can be most conveniently reached by car from Bangkok by taking Highway No. 4 to Chumphon via Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan, and thence onto Highway No. 41 and Highway No. 401.

Taxi
Car taxis are available almost anywhere on the island and can take you to most places, Make sure to agree on the price before departing as meters are barely used.

Motorbike Taxi
Motorbike taxis are often located near major resorts and businesses again make sure that the price is agreed on before departing.

Song Toew
Trucks (or Song Toews) with bench seats and covered area on the back for people to sit, the most common form of public transport on the island and cheaper than taxis. They only travel set routes covering most of the island.

Rental Car
A large variety of cars can be rented for an average of 1,000 THB per day for which we can assist you.

Rental Motorbike
The humble motorbike is the most common and economical form of transport on the island rental per day being 100-250 THB and per month for 2000-4000 THB. Again we can assist you with rental hire.

Deposit/Booking Notes

A 30% discount will be given for 2 people staying and using 1 bedroom only, but still having sole use of the whole villa.

30% deposit is required to lock in the booking. The total outstanding is due two months prior to arrival date.

Prices include airport pick up and drop off (one in each direction) plus all taxes.

Vehicle hire is recommended for which we can be of assistance.

No additional guests other than those who have booked to stay at the villa are permitted to stay overnight.
