Palm View Villa is a beautifully created villa which is both secure and private.
The villa rental also includes an automatic Toyota Avanza.

Located only 5 mins south from Lamai, this private villa is set within an attractive walled boundary. Palm View is beautifully designed around the focal point of the large salt water swimming pool area. To the rear of Palm View Villa is a lovely coconut plantation.
This exquisite 4 Bedroom Villa, with the large 8mtr x 5mtr private salt water swimming pool and jetted Plunge pool, comes complete with many fine attractions. The villa has a Living/Dining area, fully equipped Kitchen (including dishwasher), 4 spacious double Bedrooms, Garden Lounge with attached Yoga/Meditation and Massage room, Lotus pond, tropical gardens and a complimentary Car.
The Villa is for up to 8 guests and has been created in a very tasteful style.
Exquisite Palm View Villa has a split-level design where the first level has large Living/Dining Area and a fully fitted Kitchen, together with a computer area and 3 spacious double Bedrooms en suite, The lower level comprises a spacious fourth Bedroom en suite, with its own private terraced garden, table, chairs and parasol.
The spacious Living area includes large sofas, coffee table, a 55 inch LCD flat screen TV with Netflix, YouTube etc. The Dining area has a large teak table that seats up to 8 people. Both these areas look out onto the beautiful poolside.
Fully fitted Kitchen overlooks a coconut plantation and comes with gas oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, slo cooker, blender, and large double fronted fridge/freezer etc.
Spacious Bedroom One, which opens out to the private salt water swimming pool, has en-suite newly tiled Bathroom, with a large bath, walk in shower and toilet. The 3 remaining spacious Bedrooms also have en-suite all newly tiled Bathrooms, with walk in showers, wc and wash basins.
Bedroom 2 also opens out via double doors to the private salt water swimming pool. Bedroom 3 overlooks a lovely coconut plantation. Bedroom 4 has its own private garden. All Bedrooms have king size beds.
On the Lower floor is a peaceful, open plan tropical Living and Reading room with sofas seating up to 8 people, coffee table and bookcase where guests can sit and relax. Attached to this area is a tropical Yoga/Meditation/Massage area and lovely Lotus pond with tropical fish and lush green garden. Yoga mats provided.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
All towels and linen provided. The villa is cleaned every 3 days, with change of clean bed linen and towels also every 3 days. Small bottle of shower gel and shampoo provided for the first night.
We also have a professional masseuse that will come to the villa at your request, and at a very reasonable price.
Utility room with washing machine, iron etc also provided.
There is a built in gas BBQ for guests to enjoy alongside by the poolside, where it is beautifully lit at evening time. The open plan interior opens out through French doors to the pool side and decking area, where there are sunbeds, tables and chairs, sun parasol, a spa in the pool and all surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

The floors and bathroom walls throughout the main villa all have a beautiful Terrazzo finish, giving it a cool and classic look.

Please note: All our cars are insured, with the guest being responsible, and limited, for the first 20,000 Baht of any damage. There is no insurance on mopeds where the guest pays for any damage incurred.

The nearest beach to Palm View Villa is Bang Chuet Bay, which is only 700 mtrs and less than a 10 min walk away. It is a very attractive bay with several great restaurants, serving both delicious Thai and European food. There is the excellent Krao Chao Baan restaurant, and other lovely restaurants idyllically set looking over the beautiful Bay. There are also a variety of water sports to be found here. The Bay is not commercialised and provides a local charm and beauty to the vicinity.
Just a 5 min drive away is Lamai Beach. This has a long expansive beach and caters more for tourists with restaurants, bars, water sports and other attractions. There are individual shops offering locally made souvenirs and clothes. When the sun goes down the streets come alive with lights from the night market and variety of restaurants serving excellent Thai and western dishes in the town and on the beach. Thai boxing is also popular and Lamai has its own professional and amateur boxing ring.
For your shopping you have a 24 hour Family Mart just 700 mtrs away at Bang Chuet Bay, together with Tesco Express just 700 mtrs away in the opposite direction at Baan Hua Thanon. This is a small and attractive fishing village with a daily market that sells fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. For large grocery shopping there are Superstores Tesco Lotus and Makro in Lamai, only a 5 min drive away.

All the things that you need to make your stay comfortable can be found in Baan Hua Thanon such as varied and interesting local shops, doctor's surgery, 24 hour Tesco express, ATMs, Chinese Temple and again many fine restaurants. Wednesday evenings has a Night Market where you can stroll around and capture the wonderful atmosphere. Should you not be able to find what you want in this area, Superstores Tesco Lotus or Makro in Lamai will be sure to have it.
Amphoe Ko Samui Stadium, only 5 min drive away, is home to many popular sports events, where visitors can come to watch the activities. It is located in an attractive area, surrounded by a lake/reservoir where there is a football field, basketball etc and you can also walk around or jog with lots of shade. Also outdoor fitness park with brightly coloured exercise equipment which is free to use.
Within a 5 - 15 min journey from the Villa the following Wedding venues can also be reached: Samahiti Retreat, Samui Ridgeway and Pavilion. The exquisite Rocky's Boutique Resort is also only a 3 min drive away and hosts weddings in a secluded and romantic setting. It is a very impressive location for a special anniversary or occasion.

Palm View Villa is located in a peaceful and very secure location, just 5 min drive from Lamai, with its beautifully wide and expansive beach.
The nearest beach to Palm View Villa is Bang Chuet Bay, which is only 700 mtrs and less than a 10 min walk away. It is a very attractive bay with several fine restaurants, serving both delicious Thai and European food. There is the excellent Krao Chao Ban restaurant and the very smart, newly opened, Holiday Beach Bar & Restaurant to name only two, with all the restaurants idyllically set looking over the beautiful Bay. There is also water sports to be found here, including Kayaking (provided free by Holiday Beach Restaurant). The Bay is not commercialised, and provides a local charm and beauty to the vicinity, where you can easily wile away your days and evenings.
The water in this bay is shallow so is ideal for children and it is a quiet and peaceful beach. For a beach with sun beds, ice creams, with many bars and restaurants you will have to go further afield to Lamai, only a 5 min drive away.
Baan Hua Thanon Is just 700 meters in the other direction from the Villa. It is a small fishing village with a daily market that sells fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, and is also home to the popular Bann Hua Thanon Seafood Restaurant which has a fantastic menu. Sometimes a little slow but well worth the wait. All the things that you need to make your stay comfortable can be found in Hua Thanon. If not you can visit Lamai, just 4 kilometres away.
The seaside town of Lamai the second largest on the island and far superior in every way to the polluted Chaweng is just 10 minutes away by motorbike or car, where you can party until dawn, fine dine in one of the many beach side restaurants, shop until you drop or just relax in one of the many watering holes Lamai has to offer and watch the world go by.
Just remember nowhere on the island is more than 35 minutes away, private car hire with a driver, taxis, motor bike taxis and the local public transport which run around the ring road called song taews or simply hire a motorbike or car.

Bangkok Airways has numerous daily flights connecting Bangkok with Samui. In addition, they have daily flights servicing the Phuket-Samui route.
Visitors can also travel to Koh Samui by bus from Bangkok via ferry.
Bangkok-Koh Samui buses depart from Bangkokís Southern Bus Terminal at 19.30 daily. Travelling time is 13 hours.
Songserm Rungrueang Co.Ltd. operate bus services from Bangkok to Koh Samui daily at 5 pm. The bus arrives at Koh Samui at 11 am on the next day.
Visitors can take a train from Bangkok to Surat Thani Railway Station, then take a connecting bus to Koh Samui via the Ferry
Surat Thani can be most conveniently reached by car from Bangkok by taking Highway No. 4 to Chumphon via Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan, and thence onto Highway No. 41 and Highway No. 401.
Car taxis are available almost anywhere on the island and can take you to most places, Make sure to agree on the price before departing as meters are barely used.
Motorbike taxis are often located near major resorts and businesses again make sure that the price is agreed on before departing.
Trucks (or tutes) with bench seats and covered area on the back for people to sit, the most common form of public transport on the island and cheaper than taxis. They only travel set routes covering most of the island.
