Solid stone walls 60 cm thick, hand made stone steps and fireplace, stone paved surrounding areas and the solid wood create an ideal setting for living in a traditional residence in Greece.
Fully furnished and Decorated with Authentic Vintage Objects, the 2 bedrooms villa is a mixture of old time warmth with modern luxury and comfort.

Location description
Peloponnese Region is the sourthernmost point of mainland Greece, and in fact, can techincally be called an island, since the completion of the Corinth canal in 1893.
Messinian Mani is a stunningly beautiful area in the southern Peloponnese region in Greece. It has fascinating and colourful History and an impressive unique Architecture. Benefiting from an ideal climate,the absence of heavy industry and large cities,the area has a very clean environment, stunning mountain scenery and a crystal clear sea.
Stoupa is a coastal village of Messinian Mani with very ancient history which can charm the visitor all the seasons of the year.
Unique Beaches: like Kalogria, Stoupa, Delfinia, Ritsa, Foneas, Pantazi and Gnospi,are all in a few minutes drive.
Stoupa itself is packed with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of shops, supermarkets, bank (ATM) and places of historical interest.
In the village of Ag. Nikolaos (5 km) Health Center. At St Dimitrios village the unexplored Katafygi Cave. The world famous Dirou Cave (30 km).
More than 200 Byzantine and post byzantine small churches with magnificent frescoes are scattered in the greater Mani area. Worth visiting are the famous Mani Towers such as Douraki at Kastania, Kitriniari at Exohori, Mourtzinou at old Kardamyli and Christea at Ag. Dimitrios. The mountain villages of Messinian Mani - Tseria, Exochori, Saidona, Proastio, Kastania, Pyrgos, Niohori, Milia, Platsa, Langada and Nomitsi - are traditional protected villages with churches from Byzantine times. Towers and towerhouses from past times that still smell gun powder create a fairy-tale scenery that brings the visitor back many centuries. Worth visiting is also Mistras Byzantine castle city (98km).

Airports: Kalamata Airport: Charter flights operate between May and October. Approx 1 hr drive.
Athens Airport: 'Scheduled' and 'No Frills' carriers operate throughout the year. A pleasant drive through
spectacular scenery which depending on traffic, normally takes just over 3 hours.
