Description
Casa Maria is a spacious and well appointed property. It is situated on a small exclusive urbanisation on the edge of Nerja town and is an ideal location for a tranquil and relaxing holiday, yet within reach of Burriana Beach where there are lots of activities if you want a more active holiday.
There are three beautifully furnished bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. The double bedrooms have their own private terraces with sea views. There are two bathrooms, one with bath/shower and one with a walk-in shower - both fitted to a high standard.
The villa has an open plan lounge with a good dining area which leads into a very large, fully fitted kitchen which is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave.
The lounge boasts a 42 inch flat screen Smart TV with built in internet access, plus DVD player and iPod player. The TV is cable with circa 120 channels plus radio channels. The lounge area leads out onto the front terrace.
There is a games room at the top of the property which leads onto the upper terrace, which has a barbecue area.
There is unlimited wifi internet access throughout the house. The villa has air conditioning and all of the rooms have ceiling fans.
The villa is not overlooked and from the several roof terraces you have a 360 degree view of the sea and mountains. Perfect to spend those lazy days which make your holiday a relaxing experience.

There is a beautiful gated swimming pool set in landscaped gardens with sea views, it is just yards from the villa which is only for the use of residents and guests. As the urbanization is small this area is never overcrowded.
A car is not necessary as the villa is just a few yards away from the local bus service which will take you into town for 1. A taxi to or from town is currently 8. It is a 25 minute walk downhill, or a 5 minute drive to beaches and town. If you were to hire a car there is ample parking outside the villa.

Location description
Casa Maria is located on Urbanisation Alhambra fase 2 which is above Capistrano village. It is 3km from the town centre and nearest beach. There are 2 supermarkets and several bars/restaurants at the entrance to Capistrano Village. There is a local bus service to town, car hire is available and there is a good cheap taxi service.

Directions
From the airport take the A7 heading for Motril stay on this road until you get to the Maro/Nerja (2nd) turnoff. Follow this road into Nerja and turn right at the Fuente del Baden roundabout. Follow this road to a T junction and turn left, drive along here and take 1st right going up the hill. At the junction drive straight over and bear right onto Alhambra fase2. Casa Maria is on the left near the end.
From the airport you can get the train or bus into Malaga and then a bus to Nerja. There is a taxi rank next to the Nerja bus station. Please contact me by e-mail if you require a private transfer or I can pre-book a Nerja taxi for you.

PERFECT holiday location
Only a few weeks until we arrive again for our 6th both relaxing (and active) holiday in the beautiful Casa Maria, on the edge of Nerja town.
The villa has been thoughtfully & beautifully appointed to a high standard with loving, caring attention. It is equipped with absolutely everything one could need plus games, books, DVDs and internet.
The villa & grounds are always scrupulously clean & tidy.
There is nothing like waking up to sunshine breakfasts on the bedroom terraces to sunset suppers on the roof terraces, drinking in those 360 degree views.
From Casa Maria (leaving our hire car parked)
we will walk in the mountains behind the villa as well as beach walks. Well hire cycles by the day. Hire paddle boards down on Burriana beach and play tennis at the local courts, Well swim/sunbath at the designated pool and walk to many of our favourite bars & restaurants in town.
Casa Maria is the perfect place to chill & relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet and the views and of course sun worship/read a book on one of the many terraces. Location is ideal because its situated in such a quiet, private spot, on the edge of the town.

A 20% deposit is required on booking, payable into either our English or Spanish bank, whichever is more convenient.
The balance is due on arrival IN EUROS , using Yahoo currency converter on the day.
The deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled 8 weeks or more before arrival.
A 100euro security deposit is required on arrival and will be returned on departure subject to a check of the property.
15% discount for bookings of 2 weeks or more. Special winter rates for bookings of 4 weeks or more November to end February, please e-mail for details.
