    Description

    This villa is perfect for those looking for a luxury villa with privacy, space and pure comfort. It is located in one of the best areas of Marbella and has a private, spacious plot and outside area with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the Spanish culture and sunshine. The villa has a traditional feel yet the inside has been fully modernised to a Scandinavian feel and design.

    When driving into the gate to the house you will come to the entrance of the house which is surrounded by mature gardens and olive trees.
    There is a seating area of this side of the house to enjoy the morning sun or shade in the evenings.

    Upon entrance of the villa there is a hallway with a high ceiling that opens up to the staircase, living room and spacious open kitchen as well as one bedroom and the guest toilet.

    The living room is fitted with several high quality couches and a large flat-screen television with international television.
    From the living room there are several doors that provide direct access to the outside area and one of the outside lounge areas by the pool.

    The kitchen of this villa is a true work of art. It is very large, has a fireplace, kitchen island, dining area and direct access to the pool area and outside dining.
    It is fully fitted with all you may wish for including a professional ice machine and a pleasure for everyone that enjoys cooking or the pleasures of a good kitchen.

    All 4 bedrooms are spacious and have en-suite bathrooms.
    One of them is located on the ground floor and the other three are located on the first floor. Both the master bedroom as well as one of the other upstairs bedrooms have private terraces that offer open views overlooking the golf, sea and even the rock of Gibraltar on a clear day.
    All bathrooms have (rain)showers and the master bathroom has a double rain shower cabin.

    The outside area of this villa is the perfect place if you are looking for a place to really relax.
    The pool with an option to heat, is centrally located and is surrounded by a nice and well designed lounge area, a dining area, BBQ area with dining table and a space for sun loungers to soak up the Spanish sunshine.
    The area is private and also has some sea and golf views.

    The renowned “Puerto Banús”, is situated only a few minutes by car from the villa. This is Marbella’s seaport in which the most famous yachts moor, where you can also sunbathe in one of its adjacent beaches, shop in the most exclusive boutiques, dine in one of the many restaurants, or have a drink in a trendy bar or discotheque.
    Furthermore, you will find many of Marbella’s finest restaurants and bars in the trendy and luxurious Nueva Andalucia area where this villa is located.

    If you prefer golf as an activity, Los Naranjos Golf is just around the corner and there are 17 more luxurious golf courses within a 25km radius of the villa. There are 32 golf courses in the province of Malaga, which is why this region is also called the “Costa del Golf”.

If you are traveling with kids, they might love getting in touch with nature and taking to the treetops at Aventura Amazonia (check it out at our Kids Activities Section). There are also several great karting tracks for petrol heads and lads’ groups. Families with teens can try paintballing for the day in Malaga and Estepona.

    Finally, you can even hit the ski slopes for the day from December to April. The Sierra Nevada mountain range is 2-hour drive away from Marbella, so you can be at the beach in the morning and go skiing at lunchtime – it’s an amazing experience as part of an off-peak getaway.
