This exceptional Villa, newly renovated, with 6 double bedrooms + one family bedroom with 2 separate beds, is located 400 meters from Los Naranjos Golf Club and 900m from La Quita Golf, right in the heart of two very well known Golf courses. It has 4 bathroms + 1 guest toilet. The beach is only 5 km away. This Villa can sleep up to 14 people.
The Area
The location of this Villa is in the most exclusive areas in Nueva Andalucia. Nueva Andalucia is a quiet area and 3 Kms away from the most well known Puerto Banus, Puerto Banus is a harbour with exclusive shops and an exquisite selection of restaurants and night clubs. This harbour is enjoyable for all age groups.
However, if what you are looking for is tranquility, it is also possible to withdraw by the poolside or just enjoy the garden facilities this Villa has.
The villa boasts a beautiful private pool, brilliant outside areas that include a mini putting green, boules/petanque, darts and an amazing jacuzzi.
For families with children there are many attractions in the surrounding areas, visit the local waterparks, the Selwo Safari park in Estepona, see the dolphins at Selwo Marina in Benalmádena, the Wakeboard/Waterski park in San Pedro or climb the trees at Amazonia Adventure Park in Elviria.

Guaranteed warm temperatures all year round, endless hours of sunshine, and a spectacular variety of courses with both mountain and sea views, make this region a hugely popular choice for golfers from all over the world, and Nueva Andalucia is no exception.
The area Nueva Andalucia is known for lovely golf courses – Therefore the regions name in popular “Costa del golf”. The house is surrounded by two of the best golf courses in the area: Los Naranjos Capo de Golf and Real Club de Golf Las Brisas, which both are in walking distance.
Other activities
Due to the landscape, it is an incredible cycling area with steep roads.
If you like to go skiing it is possible in Sierra Nevada. Sierra Nevada is a 2-hour drive away. Then you have the possibility to go skiing in the morning and enjoy the sun in the afternoon.
Shopping
2,5 km. from the house you will find supermarkets and a small shopping center.
La Cańada is the name of a bigger shopping center nearby the location. The shopping center is located by the highway 13 min. drive from the house. In the 100.000 m2 shopping center you will find different kind of shops, restaurants, hypermarket and a cinema.
The harbour area in Puerto Banus is fantastic. There are here ALL of them; LV, Chanel, Hermes, Gucci, Rolex, Cartier. If they are not here, they don’t exist.
Restaurants
In Nueva Andalucia it is possible to go out and have a dinner at both local and international restaurants with high standards.
By car you can go to the before mentioned harbour Puerto Banus where some of the best restaurants in Spain is located. There are places for the whole family, from Italian restaurants, to Spanish tapas and Argentinean steakhouses. From the restaurants by the harbour you have a great view to the harbour with big luxury yachts.
Nightlife
The most exclusive and classy venues are in Puerto Banus and on the Golden Mile, which is also home to many superrich celebrities and members of the Saudi royal family. Visitors who come to this stylish resort come to party, and there is no shortage of late night bars, clubs and restaurants to keep them entertained.
