This beautiful three-bedroomed Villa is located just uphill right next to the historical old centre of Bellagio, overlooking both the park and the lake. There are several restaurants, cafes and a couple of wine bars within a few steps from your apartment as well as a delicious patisserie.
The property has a private fenced garden where you can eat, just realx or sunbathe and two private parkings which makes it a very convenient solution for whoever is coming to Bellagio by car and still wants to explore the town on foot.
In the dining/lounge area there is a cupboard with a flat screen TV/DVD on top and in front it a beautiful table that seat 6 people. Next to the table a comfortable sofa, which is indeed a sofa bed for an extra couple.
On your right you have windows overlooking the lake and the park which make the apartment very bright.
The kitchen is very functional and completed equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cattle and everything that you might need to cook delicious meals for you and your family.
Three spacious bedrooms with big windows: one double bedroom, one single bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
Next to the bedroom there is a spacious modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
