This beautiful one-bedroomed apartment is located just uphill right next to the historical old centre of Bellagio, overlooking both the park and the lake. il Parco has the garden and a garage which makes it a very convenient solution for whoever is coming to Bellagio by car and still wants to explore the town on foot.
Il Parco is located on the first floor of a new building with an outdoor staircase leading up to the hallway and its entrance door. In the dining/lounge area there is a white wooden cupboard with a flat screen TV on top and in front it a beautiful crystal table that seat 4 people.
Next to the table a comfortable sofa, which is indeed a sofa bed for an extra couple.
On your right you have windows overlooking the lake and the park which make the whole apartment very bright.
The furniture and the use of yellow as a colour for the interior convey even more light to the environment.
The kitchen is very functional and completed equipped with dish washer, microwave, cattle and everything that you might need to cook delicious meals for you and your family.
