    The house is at the end of quiet cul de sac in Thornton Cleveleys. It is fully furnished and equipped ready for a relaxing break or business trip.

    The house is fully double glazed with central heating for use all year.
    There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite and features a super king size bed with individually controlled mattress positions and a TV. The second Bedroom has a double bed and could also take a single bed too. The third bedroom has bunk beds and views across the fields to Fleetwood. A cot is also available on request.

    The lounge and dining room are open plan. The dining table seats 6. The newly fitter kitchen is large and L shaped and fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, drier and dishwasher, There is a family bathroom upstairs, also full ensuite bathroom and downstairs cloakroom too. Gardens to the front and rear. Private parking for 2 cars.

    Well behaved pets welcome.
    I live in Blackpool and can be on hand if needed. Access is via a key safe near front door.

    Location description

    This modern detached home is an ideal base for visiting the Fylde coast. The house is in Thornton Cleveleys and very close to Fleetwood, Rossall and Blackpool. Whether you are in the area on business, visiting family or for holidays this home has all you need.

    Children are welcome and there is lots for then to do nearby. Farmer Parrs Animal World, Freeport Fleetwood shopping and childrens activities, Fleetwoods famous market and the new tram service to Blackpool, Cleveleys sea front, multi screen cinema and childrens rides are the closest activities. The nearest Golf Club is Fleetwood but North shore and Stanley Park golf clubs are not far. For real ale fans try the Strawberry Gardens in Fleetwood a CAMRA pub in traditional style with lots of hand pumped special beers.

    Blackpool is a 20 min by car or a short bus ride. Blackpools well known attractions include the Tower and circus, Blackpool Zoo, Sandcastle water park, Pleasure Beach, Sealife Centre and all the golden mile attractions.
    Fleetwood hosts beer and folk festivals and other events in the summer such as Tram Sunday.
