    Description

    The house is very large over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan sitting area with a pool table a large double bedroom and large bathroom with walk in shower and bath.

    The middle floor has a state of the art newly fitted kitchen with range cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining room is off the kitchen. The lounge is 40msq with English and European TV and seats 8 very comfortably. Also on this floor is another large bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath and another double bedroom.

    On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms, one is a family room with double bed and a childs bed and the other 2 bedrooms each have twin single beds. There is a third bathroom again with walk in shower and bath.

    Outside there is a large conservatory with BBQ and garden furniture. The house covers 300msq. There is ample space for car parking and a car port.

    The house sleeps 11 guests in 5 bedrooms serviced by 3 full bathrooms..
    The pine forest covers the mountain to the rear of the house. It is possible to enjoy woodland walks and picnics.

    The nearest shop. petrol garage and bakers are within 3km and Belves is 6km
