Description
The townland of Castagneto Carducci extends over a vast territory. The characteristic countryside has a pleasing harmony and its hills are rich in woods, vineyards and olive- groves, well-cultivated hills covered in luxuriant, shady pines. The sea is clean and limpid and, on the wide sandy beaches sea lilies bloom and flourish. A canal system is at the heart of the Bolgheri wildlife sanctuary, where thousands of sea birds live in the marshes, once part of Maremma.
Osteria Vecchia was renovated and divided into 4 separate flats, two of which are for the use of our guests.
- "Apartment Magnolia" is a first floor flat, able to accommodate 6 people. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, and is situated at the back of the building, overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
- "Apartment Cedro", still on the first floor, can accommodate 4 people. The flat is made up of two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen and, like Magnolia, is situated at the back of the building, overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
Due to its special position, the house offers comforts, relaxation and freedom: it is a long way from mass tourism and yet very near the sea, restaurants, shops and bars that liven up the area’s nightlife.
The house has a garden, with swimming pool, sunbeds, shower (hot and cold), tables, chairs, a barbecue and finally table tennis.

Directions
From the north: motorway A12 exit "Rosignano M.mo":
Leave the SS1 Variante Aurelia at La California and continue south, direction Roma/Grosseto. After 6 km you will find il Viale dei Cipressi on the left. Go straight on and after about 1 km take the second asphalt road on the left and follow signs for the Agriturismo Osteria Vecchia which you will find on your left.
From the south: "Donoratico" exit of the S.S.1 "Aurelia":
Leave the SS1 Variante Aurelia at Donoratico and continue north, direction Livorno. After 4 km turn right and follow signs for the Agriturismo Osteria Vecchia.
