Description
The Artist's Studio is nestled in a tiny rural hamlet; within easy access of the coast path and the beautiful Praa Sands beach. The studio is a compact property which has been tastefully renovated to a high standard, with full height living / sleeping area and exposed beams.
A private entrance leads into: A galley style well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hob, fridge with ice tray freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and plenty of cooking utensils. Leading into an open plan living area with a large stylish day bed / sofa which pulls out to form a comfortable king size bed for sleeping. Large old pine wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample storage space. Smart TV with freeview player for all terrestrial channels plus additional Apps such as Netflix, Amazon (guests need to login to their own accounts). There is an en-suite shower room with white suite comprising electric shower, hand basin, towel rain and WC.
Patio doors lead to your own garden area, with area of lawn, flower beds and a small patio area with table and two chairs; the garden area is secure for those travelling with dogs. The property is located in the grounds of the owners property but retains complete privacy.
The Artists Studio is a really comfortable and homely property perfect for a romantic getaway or a great base for walkers, surfers or those wanting to explore West Cornwall. Dogs are extremely welcome at this property.

Located in West Cornwall between the historic town of Penzance and Helston the gateway to the Lizard Peninsular. Ideal for exploring the whole of West Cornwall from the spectacularly rugged north coast, spectacular St Michael's Mount and Minack Theatre, to the sheltered estuaries of the Lizard Peninsular. Penzance, St Ives, Falmouth and Truro are an easy drive away.

"A stay to remember
My boyfriend and I stayed here this August and had a lovely week. The studio was pretty and clean and we were given a welcome basket on arrival with scones and a bottle of red. The private garden was gorgeous and we often and had our breakfast out there. There was also a dear, friendly Robin who’d come to visit. The gorgeous beach is just 10 mins walk away via a scenic route over the top. Really quiet and perfect for a romantic trip away. Local town, pubs and restaurants just a short drive away also." "After a 5 hour drive from up-country, my arrival at The Artists Studio was warmed by a delectable welcome basket of goodies and a huge sense of relaxation. Perfectly located to explore most of the county (it took no longer than 30 minutes to get to areas towards and including Lands End, less than an hour up to Truro and even north to Port Isaac, and 20 minutes to The Lizard) the studio is a clean, well maintained and full-stocked little retreat. The garden is a perfect sun-trap to sit out and read, and the living area ideal to just sit and kick-back. I will highly consider coming back when I next decide to venture to Cornwall." August 2022
