    Description

    Our Cottages are all situated in an amazing peaceful and tranquil location, leading through the valley fields and woodland footpath to the Beach at Crackington Haven. Here you can enjoy a Drink and Bar meal at the local Pub or a Coffee in either of the two local Coffee shops.

    Mineshop Miners Cottages
    Situated just up the valley from Crackington Haven: A hidden gem situated between Boscastle and Bude on the North Cornwall Coast.

    Six detached one story south facing Cottages stand in 14 acres of peaceful woodland. A magnificent easy walk 1 mile through the valley footpath leads to the spectacular Beach at Crackington Haven, where you will also find a good local Pub overlooking the sea, and two fabulous cafes. The village stores are 1 & 2 miles away.

    The Cottages all have a Gated Balcony or Patio and all have uninturrupted views over the Woodland or Fields which is alive with many kinds of wildlife such as Badgers, Foxes, Squirrels, Deer, Rabbits and Birds of Prey, such as Buzzards, Owls and even the occasional Peregrine Falcon. These Cottages are very secluded and private.

    Accommodation
    Entrance Porch, one double room, one twin room with either twin beds or, one single and one Cot (please let us know your preference) Open Plan living room/diner, with Flat screen TV and DVD Player, Leather furniture Suites. Fully equipped Kitchen area, with Fridge with Ice Box, Microwave, Full size Oven, Toaster, Kettle etc. Bathroom with electric shower and Bath etc. Enclosed Balcony or Patio which are gated for your privacy, these offer a very private space to sunbathe or just simply relax and enjoy the view over the Fields or Woodland.

    Iron and Ironing board, Electric heaters in all rooms and for those Colder months free night storage heaters make these cosy and warm. Nearby there is a shared Laundry room with payphone as Mobile coverage is sporadic in this area.

    The Old Smithy
    This Cottage has been converted from the Old Blacksmiths Shop, it retains a lot of its Character with its beamed ceilings and thick walls, situated just down stream from the Old Shippon in its own private enclosed Garden, this Cottage is, as all our Cottages are, very peaceful and private.

    Sleeps up to 4 in 2 Bedrooms, One Double room, one Bunk room Open Plan living room/diner, with Digital TV, Leather furniture Suite. Fully equipped Kitchen area, with Fridge with Ice Box, Microwave, Full size Oven, Toaster, Kettle etc. Bathroom (no shower, sorry). Iron and Ironing board, Electric heaters in all rooms

    For the colder months we offer free use of the Storage Heaters which make this Cottage cosy and warm at all times of the year.

    Well behaved dogs are welcome and have the use of all our Fields, Woodland and Stream, an ideal location for your pet to enjoy some freedom.
