Chestnut Cottage is a single storey building consisting of open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with shower over the bath. It has a well-equipped kitchen and is warm and cosy with oil fired central heating and an electric fire.
Outside is a patio and garden with garden furniture and parking adjacent to the cottage. There is ample space for children to play.
Situated between the Wye Valley and Brecon Beacons it is an ideal base for walking, cycling and visiting attractions.

Chestnut Cottage is situated on a 170 acre working farm near the Monmouthshire/Herefordshire border and midway between the popular beauty spots of the Wye Valley and Brecon Beacons.
The market town of Abergavenny is a 15 minute drive and the historical town of Monmouth within easy reach.

Directions
From Abergavenny roundabout take A465 Hereford road for approx. 1 mile then turn right signposted Skenfrith B4521. Turn left towards Skenfrith and continue on this road for 7 miles. Turn left at signpost for Llanfair Green. turn left down a concrete drive, over a cattle grid immediately after the first farm on the left.
