Both rooms have towel ladders, wall mounted mirror cabinets which have a light and shaver socket.

The high Gloss Cream Kitchen suite includes an Electric Cooker, Gas Hob, Chimey Extractor hood, Integrated Fridge / Freezer, Dishwasher and Plinth light detail.

There are 3 wide steps with an adjacent bannister rail to assist entry in to the Lodge, however after those, there are no additional steps as the Living Area and Bedroom Accommodation are on one Level.

We have designed the exterior to ensure maximum privacy for our guests and have created a private garden area which is safe and ideal for those with small children and / or pets.
Conveniently too, the Lodge has adjacent parking which is ideal for unloading / loading.

Molland - 4.7 m, Barnstaple - 14 m, Ilfracombe - 29 m, Appledore - 24 m, Bideford - 23 m, Clovelly - 33 m, Hartland Point - 36 m, Minehead - 33 m, Porlock - 36 m, Lynton & Lynmouth - 24 m

Upon Booking we kindly request a security / reservation deposit of 100.00 payable within 7 days. This deposit automatically coverts to a security /damage deposit upon arrival. It is not applied towards the rent; however, it is fully refundable within (7) days of your departure, provided the Lodge is left in the same condition you found it. There is then nothing to pay until 60 days prior to arrival, when we require the outstanding balance.
