Description
The chattel house design has been conceived to offer our guest a big and brighter open space and also for let them enjoy the very pleasant oceanic breeze constantly present in this part of the island. The apartment is located at the ground floor and is built in masonry and Kabakalli wood.
Sea-view Apartment has a big open-space dining / living / kitchen area fully furnished with all accessories, cealing-fans and with a double queen size sofa bed. A large door is faced to the patio which is equipped with table and chairs just in front of the green garden; from here its possible to admire the magnificent ocean which is only 70 metres far (from here the apartment's name). From the dining-room you can reach the bed-room which is with wardrobe and double queen bed (plus an eventual extra bed) and the bathroom which is with basin, wc and a shower. It can lodge from 1 to 5 people. Free wireless connection available.
This island is a windsurfer's and kite surfers Mecca. Its one of the best windsurfing spots of the world. East and North-east winds are constant during the entire year and with them they bring great waves for jumping or riding them with a kite or windsurf board. The incredible spots number aloud all levels of wind-kite surfers to enjoy this magic place. South Coast is better for experts, professionals and people who are starting to move on the reef. West coast is better for beginners.
The water temperature is unbelievable, 26/28 C warm and constant all year round. During the period of November and June the Trade winds start to blow constantly and between December and April the conditions are absolutely perfect with a very high percentage of strong and constant winds mostly in January and February. During the hurricane season (June - November) you can often find incredible conditions with very strong winds and excellent waves too. The best spot is absolutely Silver Sands beach!

Location description
Blue Ocean Cottage & Apartments are located Ocean-front 70 metres far from the sea water, near 3 great beaches: Silver Sands, Rescue Beach and Silver Rock made both of a white thin wonderful sand which are considered one of the best locations for windsurfing and kite surfing all over the world.
There are different wind/kite surfing shops and schools in the area, where you can have your private lessons or you can even rent your equipment: The Brian Talmas shop is just in the nearby.
Next Kabakalli Apartments there is also 'Steve's Bar & Restaurant' the Coral House, where you can taste the the local cuisine and drink the excellent local Rum and Beer in a splendid ocean front location! 10 Minutes drive from the town of Oistins and the fantastic fish-market where every Friday you can appreciate the fresh fish bajan style cooked. 15 Minutes far from San Lawrence Gap where there is the best night life with also shops, restaurants and pubs.

After sending You an email confirmation with Apartments availability in the requested period and its relative costs, we need a written confirmation by You of the booking reservation with the payment of the 50% of the total amount of the stay. The Wire Bank transfer order must be done in $US (US Dollar) in our bank account within one week from the confirmation. The balance payment must be done strictly at the arrival in $US with a legal deposit of 200 USD for Sea-view Apartment.
