Description
Blue Ocean Villa Apartments are located Ocean-front 50 metres far from the water, near 2 great beaches: Silver Sands and Silver Rock made both of a white thin wonderful sand which are considered one of the best locations for windsurfing and kite surfing all over the world.
The chattel house' design has been conceived to offer our guest a big and brighter open space and also for let them enjoy the very pleasant oceanic breeze constantly present in this part of the island.
Please note that Blue Ocean Cottage can lodge from 1 to 5 people and with the other two communicating apartments up to 12 people.
The apartment is located at the first floor and is built in masonry and Kabakalli an exotic wood native from Guyana, precious, compact, very hard and from its very elegant aspect. Blue Ocean Cottage has a very big open-space dining / living / kitchen area fully furnished with all accessories such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, cups, gas cooker with four burners and gas oven, fridge with freezer, toaster and all the necessary items to render the kitchen operative for every need.
At the ground floor there is a big washing machine at complete disposal of our guests for their laundry. The dining-room is very bright and windy and it's equipped with mosquito nets, 2 comfortable sofa, 110 volt light sockets and one 220 volt plug, a synthetic-rattan bower, two tables one of which is a big one, Color Tv, CD player with radio and electric iron.
Three large french doors are faced to the verandah which is equipped with an hammock and another synthetic-rattan bower; from here it's possible to admire a magnificent sunrise and the ocean (from here the apartment's name) which is only 50 metres far and moreover during the day it's also possible to follow the sea turtles which go up and down to breathe and hunt.
From the dining-room you can reach the loft through a wooden staircase where you can find two bed-room with mosquito net, one is a large double-bed room, the other one with a French bed plus a single bed. Both rooms have their own air conditioned which is available at a small supplement per day.
The bathroom is equipped with basin, wc and a large shower. All the apartments Blue Ocean Cottage, Yellow Bird and White Coconut are located at the first floor and they have internal interconnecting-doors which can eventually be used, when necessary, to create new combinations for larger groups up to 12 people.
On request a child cot up to 5 years or an eventual added bed is available with a small supplement. Free wireless connection available.
There are different wind/kite surfing shops and schools in the area, where you can have your private lessons or you can even rent your equipment: The Club Mistral and the Brian Talma’s shop… just in the nearby.
Next Kabakalli Apartments there is also 'Steve's Bar & Restaurant' the Coral House, where you can taste the the local cuisine and drink the excellent local Rum and Beer in a splendid ocean front location! 10 Minutes drive from the town of Oistins and the fantastic fish-market where every Friday you can appreciate the fresh fish bajan style cooked.
San Lawrence Gap is 15 minutes far away by car where there are restaurants, pubs and shops.

Extra person if available at a 20 USD supplement per night in Blue ocean. After sending You an email confirmation with Apartment’s availability in the requested period and its relative costs, we need a written confirmation by You of the booking reservation with the payment of the 50% of the total amount of the stay. The Wire Bank transfer order must be done in $US (US Dollar) in our bank account within one week from the confirmation. The balance payment must be done strictly at the arrival in $US with a legal deposit of 400 USD for Blue Ocean Villa.
