    This penthouse triplex apartment enjoys great great views and all day sun.The apartment has new air conditioning and heating. The large roof terrace has far reaching views and is furnished with sunbeds and comfortable patio sofas. There is a south facing terrace off the lounge with dining furniture and views over to the sea the gardens and large swimming pool . For those who would like some shade awnings are provided on both terraces. There is fibre optic wifi internet broadband with 178 TV channels available by arrangement. DVD (with film library) CD/radio. The apartment is very well equipped with Siemans dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, quality mattresses, pillows etc. Secure underground parking space available.
    The 2 bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms comfortably sleeps 4 with extra long twin beds and a Superking bed in the master bedroom.

    The complex offers lovely gardens, large swimming pool with sunbeds and lifeguard in the summer months, plus an indoor heated pool with a further kiddies pool and play area in a discrete setting within the complex. An all sports club operates for ages 5 -15 during the summer in the tennis facility opposite the complex.

    Perfectly situated to enjoy the best golf course with Aloha, Los Naranjos and Las Brisas on the doorstep yet a short bus ride or drive to the beaches or 30 mins walk for the enthusiastic walker.
    Surrounded by a wide range of excellent restaurants, cafes and bars with a small supermarket a very short walk away.

    Perfect winter break 5*

    Date of stay 24th January 2019

    The apartment is in one of the best positions in the complex, occupying a corner location facing south with open views to the west, perfect for making the most of the winter sunshine! Extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable with everything needed for an extended home from home holiday break. The complex was very well maintained and secure and there was a dedicated parking space conveniently located by the lift.
    The apartment is located within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, within a five minute drive to a number of supermarkets, and the beach a further five minutes away. Lovely walks by the sea along the Paseo Maritimo with plenty of stops for coffee or lunch along the way. Caroline and William provide a comprehensive range of information about the surrounding area, additional places to visit and local restaurant suggestions. We had a most enjoyable stay and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

    Excellent! Best apartment on the complex! 5*

    Perfect property, probably the best apartment on the complex! It is more like a house as it is laid out across three floors including a large roof terrace. Amazing views from the terrace and the balcony. As this is the corner plot, the apartment benefits from panoramic views and more privacy than other apartments, you can see the pool and gardens from the balcony. The property was very well maintained with everything you needed and more to have a great stay. The owners and managers were excellent at communicating and answering any questions quickly before the visit. The property manager even brought the key to us in a restaurant as we were initially early on arrival and he offered to do this, amazing customer service! You can't go wrong in Marbella - so much to see and do. Even on the doorstep of this apartment are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets and a taxi rank outside so you can easily go anywhere! 5Euro to Mistral Beach or Puerto Banus. If you bring a hire car there is also secure underground parking at the complex. The complex is also very secure with strict security gates and a presence of security 24 hours. We loved this apartment so much that I am already planning another visit later in the year - I highly recommend it!
