The apartment is located in central Morzine and features an out door hot tub boasting stunning views of the slopes, less than a 5 minute walk into the town centre.

    Apartment Terrasse Du Soleil is situated on the ground floor of a beautifully renovated Savoyard Farmhouse in central Morzine. Not only does the apartment benefit from a modern contemporary design, without loosing its traditional character, it also provides a huge garden terrace with an outstanding elevated view of Morzine, Nyon and the Pleney. The property is situated in the same building as The Loft and also only a stone’s throw across the road from Chalet Robin, hence, it is a great spillover property for any large groups who have filled Chalet Robin or The Loft and need additional space for more friends or family!

    Luxury Spacious Bedrooms and Modern Bathrooms
    All 3 bedrooms can be configured as king size doubles or twins and are equipped with Designer Cushions and Throws, fluffy towels, luxury LOccitane toiletries, crisp Egyptian Cotton “White Company” style linen, 2 pillows per bed and hypoallergenic bounce back duvets. The 3rd bedroom is a cosy cabin style room which is great for kids aswell as couples. There are 2 large bathrooms in the apartment, both feature full size baths with Grohe “Rainshower” power showers, designer Grohe taps and fittings and plenty of storage.

    Stylish Communal Areas with all Mod Cons
    The Lounge and Dining area are spacious, featuring real log fireplace, a social breakfast bar, floor to ceiling patio doors which open onto a large south-facing garden terrace offering tremendous views over Morzine. The sun shines here all day long so its great for dining “Al Fresco” if the winter temperatures aren’t too extreme! There is a set of outdoor furniture and sun loungers too for the warmer summer days.

    For those of you in the know who like your contemporary classics… the Lounge area features 2 very stylish “Florence Knoll” Brown Leather Sofas surrounding a real log burning fireplace and a combination of cow hides and sheepskins. Ideal if you want to kick back with a beer or glass of wine and relax after a hard day on the slopes in front of a roaring fire. There is plenty for room for 6 people. The apartment features a large flatscreen TV with UK Free Sat and there is also a Nintendo Wii Sports. We have included a Bose iPod Docking station so you can listen to your favourite i-pod tunes at leisure and of course FREE Wifi.

    The oak dining table comfortably seats 6 people on stylish Eames DSW chairs and provides views of the evening sunsets over Morzine and surrounding mountains. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern units. There is a dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer and oven with hob, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace.

    There are no keys left under door Mats with More Mountain! Sam and Jon and our “In Resort Concierge” team from More Mountain are at hand at all times in resort to assist you. We will meet you at your apartment on arrival and are able to help with any queries you may have about Morzine, the slopes and what restaurants and bars are worth visiting. The meals are freshly prepared on the day and delivered to you by 6.30 pm and are great value. We also provide Grocery Shopping Packs which are delivered to your apartment before your arrival – great if you are arriving late and fancy a few beers and a bacon sandwich!     Self Catered Apartment Terrasse Du Soleil is located centrally within Morzine, slightly elevated, hence the great views over the town. It is approximately 5 to 10 minutes walk (depending how fast you are!) from the Dixie Bar, Rhodos and Robinsons which effectively mark the start of the town centre. Staggering back after a few beers is made very easy.

    The chalet is also on the free ski shuttle bus route, which drops off at the main High Speed Gondolas of Avoriaz and Morzine every 20 minutes.
