    The apartment is comfortably furnished and decorated, the mezzanine sleeping area/ bedroom with double bed (new luxury mattress) and the lounge have stunning views. With a galley kitchen, and a clean bright bathroom there are enough facilities for couples. Travel cot provided. Leading from the lounge are French doors out onto a small balcony, watch the boats coming in and out whilst relaxing on the balcony at sunset with a glass of wine. .

    Ideal for small families, or romantic couples with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

    Come off the A30 onto the A39 to Truro
    Follow the A39 to Falmouth
    Come off the A39 onto the B3292 heading to Penryn
    Continue through Penryn and at the next roundabout take the first left onto the A39, keep in the left hand land and take the first left at the next roundabout onto North Parade.
    Follow this road past the Marina and past the Greenbank Hotel, as you come to the top of the hill Packet Quays is just on the left, and number 64 Gulls Way can be found up a small flight of steps, first door on the left.

    The parking is on the opposite side of the road in a gated area, you will need the parking permit which is inside the flat to access the secure parking area. The space for Gulls Way is marked number 64, first on the left. Please note: The parking permit card allows you access to the secure parking space, if lost the parking card will be 40 to replace, So please be careful not to lose it or you will be charged for a replacement.

    - A refundable damages/breakage deposit of 50 will be added to your final payment, this deposit will be refunded to you 21 days after the holiday as long as you or your party has not caused any damage or loss and the accommodation has been left clean and tidy.
