    The postcode of the flat is TR11 2AQ if you use sat nav, if not here are the normal directions:

    Come off the A30 onto the A39 to Truro
    Follow the A39 to Falmouth
    Come off the A39 onto the B3292 heading to Penryn
    Continue through Penryn and at the next roundabout take the first left onto the A39, keep in the left hand land and take the first left at the next roundabout onto North Parade.
    Follow this road past the Marina and past the Greenbank Hotel, as you come to the top of the hill take a sharp right hand turn into Beacon Street, Just past the Boathouse pub, Take a right into Estuary view, down into the car park.
    Allocated parking for the flat is marked Flat 8 and is at the front left of the car park.
