Newly restructured flat located in the heart of the nice and small town of Baronissi and at only 5 Km. from the city of Salerno, where the University of Salerno is, not far from the old Francescano Convent of the H. Trinity and the marvellous Villa Farina Palace dating back 1800. Well connected to Salerno through motorway and main road.

Just 100 m. from the town municipality, the public garden, on a quiet side street but near to public utility services such as shops, restaurants, pizzeria, bus stop, train station.

This comfortable apartment of 50 square m. is situated at the 1 st floor of a building. Our apartment consists of a big bedroom with double bed queen size and other two beds, a living room with a divan bed (2 beds), a big well furnished kitchen with micro-wave, cooking, fridge, a bathroom with shower. We also offer you air conditioning, TV SAT, broadband Internet access, heating, washing machine, Kitchenware, safe-box. Free parking just opposite the building or at 100 m. far.

Location description

There is a playground for children not far from the flat, and here it is very relaxing with a lovely view to the mountains nearby.It is nice to walk along the town,and moreover you are in a quiet area but at the same time in few minutes you arrive in Salerno, to its sandy beach or to the turistic places.
From Baronissi 25 min you are in Pompei,Paestum,Ercolano.
In 30 min you arrie at Naples.
You can isit these places by bus or train from Salerno city.
Moreoer the first village of the Amalfi coast is at only 5-10 min from Salerno train station..
In 50 min by train or car you arrive to Sorrento and to Royal Palace of Caserta.
There are also good train,buses connections.
The first wonderful fishermen village of Amalfi Coast " Vietri sul mare" is at only max 10 minutes from the flat.
The mini cruise from the harbour of Salerno just in front of the railway station of salerno to Amalfi coast ( not in winter)Positano and the isle of Capri is really wonderful.
Moreover in Salerno there is a night life because there are cosy pubs,locals in the old city centre.
If you come here in spring it is the best time to enyoj the area, to relax without a lot of tourists , for nice walking along the beach , the weather is fantastic and why not to sunbath and swimming!!!

SPECIAL from the 5th of NOVEMBER till the 31st of January there is the wonderful EVENT in SALERNO : "LUCI d'ARTISTA" Spectacular lights works around the city give you the impression of being in a romantic and suggestive fairy atmosphere.The narrow streets of the city centre, the medieval arechi castle , the cathedral and the sea with the walking along the beach are more and more fascinating.

In Salerno, "Back to the Cross found" 29/30 April, 1 May 2014 DOWNTOWN SALERNO.
One of the most popular events at Salerno.
The show found the crucifix, will be an opportunity to rediscover the 29 and 30 April and 1 May, the places, traditions, colors, flavors and culture of the medieval city.
More than 30 sites involved in the historic center, 400 performers and figures that appassioneranno large and small, 10 the colossal stands in medieval costumes, with the revival of traditional crafts, a total of 100 booths with products of local quality all topped off with exquisite taste.
And then, again, thousands of plants, flowers, woods, recipes, with the return of "Mascot Arborea 'the fair, Marigold: plant symbol of the glorious and ancient School of Medicine.

Directions

If you have got the car there is the motorway and the national route to arrive to BARONISSI where the flat is.
Easy connection by train and bus from BARONISSI to SALERNO the second biggest city in Campania.
The address of the flat is ia Unit� d'Italia,9 in BARONISSI.
If you arrive by train at Salerno station I come and fetch you for free to the flat,if you arrive by plane to naples airport i offer car transfer for 80,00 Euro and in 45 min you are at the flat.
Rome is at 2 hours and a half from Baronissi by car
