We are delighted to introduce Villa Doruk into the Turquoise Collection for 2011. This stunning, spacious, detached five bedroom luxury villa offers beautiful, well equipped, contemporary accommodation of a very high standard for 10 guests with the most magnificent views over Kalkan Bay.
But it’s not just the accommodation that makes Villa Doruk So special, its desirable location on a quiet side street in the heart of the old town means Villa Doruk could not be in a better position for those seeking the privacy of their own Villa, yet with the atmosphere and amenities of Kalkan's old town on your doorstep.
This elegant, spacious villa is furnished to the highest of standards; the modern kitchen is fully fitted with the latest appliances and is equipped with all you need to prepare a feast. The large open plan living/dining area is light and spacious, offering plenty of room for guests to relax and the space connects beautifully with the terraces, swimming pool and Jacuzzi beyond. All five bedrooms are comfortably appointed in a beautiful contemporary style, with en-suite facilities and balconies offering spectacular views over the bay.

Stairs lead to the first floor and 2 bedrooms; a double bedroom suite and a twin bedroom (beds can be pushed together if required). The second floor comprises 2 further bedrooms; a double and a twin and on the 3rd floor is another well appointed twin bedroom with doors out to the roof terrace with stunning views over the old town and Mediterranean. All bedrooms have balconies, en-suite facilities and are equipped with hairdryers.

Villa Doruk offers several outside spaces, a lovely furnished roof terrace with panoramic views over Kalkan Bay, old town and harbour. The shaded terrace by the pool offers the opportunity to enjoy shady spots for alfresco dining or just reading a book and enjoying the stunning views. The Villa is south facing and the private freshwater pool and Jacuzzi enjoy plenty of sunshine.

Next door is another brand new five bedroom detached villa, Villa Sena, which is also part of our collection. Both villas offer their own privacy and private pools but offer larger groups the ideal opportunity to holiday together.

Deposit/Booking Notes: Your booking is secured with a £250.00 reservation deposit, which can be paid by debit or credit card. There is no charge for card payments when paying the booking deposit. The booking deposit can be paid with a credit/debit card after filling in the booking form online or by calling our office on 01359 242836. Your final balance will be due 10 weeks before your departure date. We will send you an invoice around 12 weeks before your departure. If your booking is made less than 10 weeks prior to your departure date, we will invoice you within two weeks for your final balance. The final balance can be paid by credit/debit card by entering your booking number on our website. It can also be paid by calling our office on 01359 242836. Alternatively, we will accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.

Note: A 2.5% charge is incurred when paying your final balance by credit/debit card. We ask for a £250.00 damage deposit, which is added on to your final balance. We hold this incase there is any loss or damage to the rental accommodation. The damage deposit is returned to you by cheque within 10 days of your return, providing there is no loss or damage to the property during your stay.
