Description of holiday farmhouse in Greve in Chianti, Tuscany
This year, we can offer our guests five completely restored apartments.Two of them are in the former storehouse: one, “la Cantina” is on the ground floor and the other, “il Forno” is above the former baking area, both with lovely views of the vineyard. A third apartment, “la Capanna” is in what was once a small cottage and is completely separate from the others.
The largest is"la Piazzetta", a two floors apartment that belongs to the main building.
The last is a tiny cottage, l'Eremo, which is up the hill over the swimming pool
All the apartments are very well maintained and elegantly appointed. They combine modern conveniences with furnishings typical of rural Tuscany to ensure a relaxing and enchanting vacation.
The price and the description in the following is for Il Forno which is situated on the first floor of the barn, above the baking oven and guests can reach it with a small staircase. It is composed by lovely living room area decorated in soft ivory colors. with a full size sofa bed, a small kitchen and two bedrooms with two bathrooms one of which has an intersting sink counter made from the bottle of a wine barrel.

Payment: At booking time, 30% NOT-REFUNDABLE down payment phoning your credit card number (Visa or Mastercard) or through international money transfer (You can ask for bank's references by email). At check-in, 70% final payment with credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash.
Security deposit: Guests are responsible for the accommodation furniture during their stay, therefore, a security deposit of € 250,00 is required at check-in time (only cash). It will be returned at check-out after an accurate check of the accommodation. In case of damage(s), management is authorised to keep the deposit.
