This local landmark building has recently been renovated to the highest standard, retaining many attractive architectural features. The apartment is a spacious one-bedroomed duplex layout, sleeping up to 4, set over 2 floors.

There are so many things to do in Dartmouth and around South Devon, and the Pottery is an excellent base for families from which to explore them. The area offers events, outdoor activities, leisure parks, food and drink, on land and on the water to suit all ages. Located only a scenic 20 minute walk from the beautiful and atmospheric town centre, you can link up with boats and trains to take you further afield. Natural history enthusiasts will find the area rich in wildlife & natural beauty.

Dartmouth is one of Devon's best locations for all kinds of water sports. Whether you are sailing, diving, canoeing, or power boating then The Pottery is the ideal holiday location. With our secure garage only 40 metres from a launch slipway near the mouth of the River Dart you can store boats of 5m or more.

There are many creative opportunities for artists and art lovers in and around Dartmouth, and the Pottery is an excellent base from which to explore its long history of art and craftsmanship.
