Eastbourne Airbourne is the biggest free seafront airshow in the country. Although you dont have to be on the seafront to see or hear the planes. If you want to escape the crowds its nice to watch from the top of the downs. The airshow is spread over four days there are displays from the red arrows, wingwalkers, helicopters, chinooks, lancaster bombers, hurricanes, free-fall parachute teams. There is also a wide variety of ground displays, entertainment, other attractions, trade stalls and caterers at the Western Lawns on the seafront.
