Description
Villa Mandelina
In a village setting south west facing Villa Mandelina is a luxury spacious stone farmhouse restored by the Chapman family to make a fabulous holiday Villa with lovely views of Tivat Bay, Lovcen National Park and the Adriatic.
Spread over three stories each room is unique in design and furnishing with parts of the building dating back 300 years.
The bedrooms have been furnished with comfortable beds and all the rooms are very spacious with their own bathrooms. The kitchen is properly equipped (not at all like a holiday let) and has a big American fridge freezer, oven and hob plus lots of cupboards and work space.
A long dining table seats 12 with views over Tivat bay and the separate sitting room has Sat TV, books and games and big squashy sofas.
It is a great place for groups of friends or large families with 3 bedrooms having a private courtyard and 3 bedrooms on the top floor. The huge contemporary living space has terraces which overlook the private flat deck pool (8 meters x 4 meters) and the sea. The pool is surrounded by sun terraces for all day sun bathing plus umbrellas for shade. Overlooking the pool is a shaded terrace which has a great bar for those cool drinks, BBQ and table seating 14. This area is secured from the pool for young children, a games room has table tennis, darts and ball games plus badminton in the garden. Secure parking for 5 cars and a large garden add to the sense of space. The shops and beaches are 5 mins by Car.

Bedrooms have ample fans for cooling and air con payable locally in 3 bedrooms.
