Description
Our house is Villa Paladin. It is ideal for real family holidays. Its for resting on terrace, for stretching in swimming pool and for relax in Jacuzzi. House is full of positive energy, happiness and lough, smell of domestic kitchen and barbecue its full of love.
House is placed on the hill with the view on the sea and islands below, during night covered with wide, stars sparkling sky.
All the terraces are faced toward sea and sun. Pine trees and olives are making nice shadow during day for resting on the beach chairs during sunny days. Smells of different Mediterranean plants will press longtime memory in your senses.
House is offering two apartments. Bigger one with two bedrooms, one with twin beds and another with three beds. Smaller apartment with one twin bed. Kitchens are equipped with necessary dishes and accessories for meals prepare. Terraces are big and separated. Terrace with big table for dining, terrace for sunbath with wooden beach chairs and parasols around the swimming pool and terrace in the pine trees and olive shadow for reading. In surrounded gardens you can find vegetables and spices.
Overflow swimming pool is 6x4 meters with Jacuzzi in addition. Filtering of the pool is automatic 10 hrs per day, mostly night time. Pools lightening is for night illumination and night pleasure.
In separate part of the garden is barbecue with sunshade.
The house owns private parking place.
Only 50 meters fare away from the house is sea shore. The sea is clean and it is calling for early morning bath and long swimming in the sunrise or sunset.

Location description
Beaches are nearby in tame bays of the island 5-30 minutes of walking distance. If you prefer wilderness, small bays are not so far away offering insulation from the crowd on the stone beaches.
All surrounding is perfect for long walks, jogging or bicycle rides.
Center of the city is 10 minutes walking distance.
