A long impressive drive winds up to the property from the automatic gates, monitored from each living area by CCTV and operated by remote control.
The property cannot be seen from the road below or from above. The rear wall borders the Fondation Maeght museum, hidden behind trees. Villa Seburga is located on a quiet residential road leading to the top of a hill and a nature trail through woods beyond.
There is parking for several cars at the top of the drive, immediately adjacent to the front entrance.
As you enter the Pool Terrace from the Car Park or Front Entrance, there is a breath taking swimming pool as the central feature. This heated infinity swimming pool is a full 12.5 metres in length, complete with a diving board and a water slide. Access to the swimming pool is just steps away from each living area through French Windows. An infrared pool alarm system can be activated if required.
At night, there is extensive ambient lighting, both throughout the garden and from inside the pool.
The Terraces offer views of the Mediterranean and the countryside of Provence-Cote d'Azur towards Cannes & Mougins by day. By night, you will see the distant twinkling lights of aircraft approaching Nice over the sea and the flashing light from the Cap d'Antibes Lighthouse.
Surrounded by 2,500 Sqm (27,000 sq. ft.) of lush vegetation, Villa Seburga is built on 3 levels, comprising a total internal living area of at least 500 Sqm (5,400 sq. ft.) with additional terrace areas at each level. The property is secluded and not visible from the road.
Villa Seburga comprises 5 SuperKing/Queen bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on 3 floors, providing luxurious comfort and spaciousness for 10 people. It features a very large living room (about 60sqm/ 646 sq ft), two fully equipped kitchens, 4 dining areas, 2 TV areas, 2 separate guest toilets, a pantry and terraces on all 3 levels. There is also a business centre with a colour laser printer, fax, scanner, document shredder and ergonomic chair for comfort.
The property has air conditioning and double glazing throughout. Wi-Fi Internet access available on all levels. Independent Satellite TV on 2 levels (with Sky Premium Sports channels in the mid level).

"An enormous "thank you" is just not big enough to express how impressed we all were with your beautiful (comfortable, stylish, immaculately equipped and maintained) villa, your devoted attention to detail, your provision of aids for every need, and the wonderful Marzenna and her family team.
We had a sample of all weathers from rain (and even storms) to calm sunshine and intense heat, which was all great. We managed to bring the awnings in when it rained, though one sudden storm seemed to throw down buckets within seconds before we could react so I hope they're okay!
As an art-loving family the location couldn't have been better for us. We considered attempting to climb over the back wall to the Fondation (only joking) but instead drove round, and I fulfilled my ambition to visit the gallery.
The second kitchen was a blessing in catering for my highly allergic son whose food could be kept away from the others.
Of course we none of us wanted to leave to come home. Such a palace and such a haven. (And such a gorgeous part of the world).
I very much hope we'll be able to return one day if you would ever have us back…

Deposit/Booking Notes
The Swimming Pool is heated continuously from April until late October. This is included in the rates. 30% deposit is required on booking, balance 60 days before rental. There is also a Security Deposit of €1000 which is refundable immediately on departure. There are no extras. All fair usage of electricity (including pool heating) and water is included in the rates, as is 8 hours cleaning per week and the final clean after departure. French Luxury Accommodation Tax (€3 per person per night, i.e. 10 guests €210 per week) is also included.
