Description
Villa is set in a beautiful part of central Dalmatia, in the little village Podstrana, only 7 min driving from Split centre. Before the investment, we have put a lot of thought in it, in order to provide the best possible accommodation for our guests. We believe that we achieved the goal.
As we already mentioned, villa is perfectly located. It is very close to Split town centre, only 7 min driving, but at the same time far enough from all the city noise. This location offers you peaceful and quiet surrounding with all the privacy and relaxation that you might need when you are on holidays.
We have to be honest and admit that we haven't been pioneers in this idea of best location. This credit belongs to a 5 star.hotel chain Le Meridien, one of the worlds biggest vacation experts so we just followed their example. This beautiful hotel resort is located 1 km furtherdown away from our brand new renovated villa with pool. We are actually on the edge of the town Split. Seaside with a little marina and a beautiful beaches is only 450 meters from the villa. Our guests also have exclusive possibility of using all Le Meridien hotel facilities free of charge.
You can reach the beach in 10-12 min walk or in 4 min ride with our free of charge provided bikes. In some days when you dont feel like going to the beach or your children are exhausted, you can rest and swim in our brand new built pool. Near the pool we have placed slides and swings so your children can have some fun.
The closest Grocery shop is 100 meters away and another, really large one, is 200 meters away. Villa has six bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, WI-FI, sat tv and dvd. It is air conditioned and beautifully furnished this year, cosy and elegant, we would say. It is spacious with two big terraces and two balconies. Large pool and garden with all the mediterranean trees planted in it (olives, tangerines, lemons, oranges, lavander) gives you that incredible feeling of warm Croatia south.
Our guests also can taste some delicious mediterranean food in restaurant Vagabundo, which is 3 min drive from villa. Chef of this restaurant is a star in Croatia and had his own tv cooking show Master chef. We arranged 10% discount for all our guests in this particular restaurant on the beach.
Car is not necessary when you are staying in our villa but we highly recommend it because of all the other places that you can visit and explore during your vacation here. Split town has many world famous historical monuments such as Dioklecijans palace, Salona etc..Much more beaches and Split is easier to reach with car.
