INTERIORS
Each of the two high quality and attractive Metochi Villas comes in a slightly different layout:
VILLA 4 - Villa number 4 also has the main entrance onto the top mezzanine floor with a twin-bedded room to one side and wardrobes and a wc/shower room to the other. A few steps lead down to the main level with fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, and living / dining room and French windows out to the front balcony with an outdoor dining table and chairs. The sitting room has a skopeliti sofa and corner fireplace.
A few steps take you down to the middle level with a small laundry room which houses the washing machine and the large master bedroom suite which has a full bathtub behind screens and a private wc and washbasin. Windows from the bedroom look out over the pool and across the harbour.
A few more steps lead down to the bottom level of the villa which has twin beds and a large corner shower. French windows lead from this room out onto the large terrace and gardens with rectangular swimming pool, with the dining table, chairs and sun umbrella to one side.
VILLA 5 - The main entrance of this villa also opens into a split-level mezzanine which has a twin- bedded room with French windows leading to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and town, with a w/c shower room on the same level. The open plan kitchen and living/dining room is just a few steps down and is light and airy and furnished with sofas, a corner fireplace, dining table and French windows out onto the front balcony which has a further dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher.
The middle level of Metochi number 5 has a bedroom with twin beds and windows facing out to a fantastic view of the mountains. Also found on this middle level is the laundry room with washing machine and extra wardrobe space.
The master bedroom and bathroom with full length tub are on the bottom floor of this villa. This spacious bedroom has a king size bed and is complete with TV/music centre. French windows lead to the pool terrace and rectangular-shaped pool set in landscaped gardens overlooking Skopelos harbour where there is also an outdoor dining table and chairs shaded by a large umbrella.
EXTERIOR
Sitting just below the monastery of Evangelistria on the Palouki hillside, the stone walls, large verandas and beautifully landscaped gardens of each of the Metochi Villas ensure privacy without encroaching on the stunning views to be enjoyed from the terraces and private swimming pools.
SURROUNDINGS
Within 3 km of Skopelos Town and 6 km of some of the islands best beaches, Metochi Villas are conveniently placed in this peaceful area. The location of these properties is also ideal for walkers as there are a number of old donkey trails and paths in the surrounding hillsides.
Please be aware that the last kilometre of the access road to Metochi Villas is a dirt road.
SUITABILITY
The flexibility and size of Metochi Villas make them perfect for both families and couples. These spacious, high quality villas with their large pool terraces will ensure a relaxing and peaceful holiday for all. Due to the differing levels within each villa, they may not be suitable for small children or people with walking difficulties
