Interior
Kyma Beach House is built on a number of different levels and is designed around a central courtyard which has an outdoor dining area and built in BBQ. The spacious sitting/dining room is entered from one of four doors off the courtyard and an archway leads off the dining area into the full country kitchen. The sitting room has a corner fireplace, built in comfortable seating and French windows leading out to a sea-facing terrace with dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher and has French windows out to the same terrace.
The two lower bedrooms have separate entrances from the courtyard. The master bedroom has a double bed and a large en-suite w/c with bathtub and shower, with French windows out to the whirlpool. The second bedroom is reached by a few steps up from the courtyard and has two single beds, a w/c shower room in the hallway and a storage/dressing room area. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and CD players.
The third airy bedroom is reached by a stairway from the courtyard and has a double bed, air conditioning and French windows leading to its own private terrace with stunning views over the sea.
Exterior
The Beach House is in an elevated position about 80 meters above the beach of Vathias and its surrounding terraces take full advantage of the breathtaking views to the sea. There is a spacious patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs and a heated whirlpool which overlooks the vineyard and the sea below. There is a gated parking area to the front of the house.
Surroundings
The secluded house is surrounded by vines and is just above the beach of Vathias, on the northeast coast of the island, a drive of approximately 30 minutes from Skopelos Town, with the last few kilometers on a dirt road through the forest and then down to the sea. Walkers will enjoy the many trails right on their doorstep!
Suitability
This house is perfect for both couples and families who want to get right away from everyday life. Its isolated position and close proximity to the beach means that there is no need to venture out, except for provisions.
As all bedrooms have completely separate entrances and a number of steps, Kyma Beach House may not be considered suitable for very young children or people with walking difficulties.
