The massive open living area includes kitchen and bar facilities, beautifully furnished dining and living areas, and a huge veranda beneath a stunning, thatched roof. The impressive 14 metre pool is surrounded by a mature, lush tropical garden, filled with exotic flowers and fragrant frangipani trees creating the perfect Bali style tropical garden hideaway. Akasa Villa is an ideal oasis, close enough to duck out at any time to explore the many fabulous restaurants and shops in the area or beyond and yet far enough away to give you a tranquil peaceful place to rest and relax.
A separate bungalow is set up as a TV entertainment room. It is fully equipped with flat screen TV, satellite TV programs with a choice of 60 channels, PS2 (more than 50 games), DVD player (and a wide range of movies), library (for children and adults), toys and board games. The bungalow also works very well as the 5th bedroom as it has it’s own en suite and wardrobe and can be set up with twin bed or queen bed.

Location description
The Akasa Villa is located in Bali's premičre tourist precinct, Seminyak. It is within walking distance of the gourmet supermarket, Bali Deli, and the restaurant precinct surrounding it. The villa is within a 5 min drive is the beach, restaurants, boutiques and night life which has made Seminyak famous. Getting about is easy and cheap by the many taxis which are readily available.
Akasa Villa runs off Sunset Road, so you have quick and easy access (5 minutes by taxi) to the best shopping, restaurants and beaches of Legian, Seminyak or Kuta. Other popular spots such as Waterbom Park, Legian Street and Night Art Market, Eat Street and Oberoi area with KuDeTa and Potato Head are easy to find and quick to get to.

Whilst based at Akasa Villa you can access everything else on the island.

Directions
Coming from the airport along Sunset Road, do a U turn at the intersection of Jalan Mertanadi (Sunset Point Supermarket is on the corner) then turn left in Jalan Dewi Saraswati, Amori Furniture is on the corner. At the end turn right and Akasa Villa is on the right just before Amor Bali Resort.
The international airport is a 15-30 minute drive (one complimentary transfer is included). Akasa Villa is the perfect villa to rent for your family holiday. You can easily visit all of the many popular locations such as Echo Beach, Ubud and Tanah Lot and return each night for a peaceful nights sleep in our beautiful Akasa Villa.
Walking from the villa, and turning right you can explore Mertanadi Street, a developing street with its small restaurants and shops specialising in furniture and interior design as well as restaurants and warungs to stop at for a cool drink and delicious snack or meal. Or if you go straight ahead you end up crossing over Sunset Road and discovering the many boutique shops around Bali Deli, Jalan Kunti, Jalan Seminyak and on to Seminyak Square.
Taxis are plentiful and affordable so getting about is very easy.
