Description
Villa Manzara Stone Villa First Floor is a charming unit built in a traditional style and accommodates up to (5) persons. The villa has unique individual features such as exposed beams and stonework, open fireplaces, large private terraces for serving breakfast and sun decking. It comprises two double bedrooms, one atrium with a bedsitter and two bathrooms. A large kitchen with all amenities and a livingroom with firepiace are very atractive to our guests. The two double bedrooms have terrace doors opening to the jacuzzi. There is also a side terrace for outdoor dining and bird watching on the comfortable sofa. This flat has aircondition on every room as well as stallite RD Tv, DVD, stereo music set, radio, iron and iron board, safe and board games.. The bathrooms are large and are equipped with hairdryers and a washing machine
The Villa has a large garden with comfortable recreational facilities and Barbecue nights in the garden are often arranged. Upon request we offer breakfast and specialities of the region at dinner.
One can always find fresh vegetables, fish, calamari, eggs, meat and village bread. Every Wednesday, there is a big marketplace in Selimiye and we have a friend in Turgut who sells special hand-wowen textile.
The whole area is ideal for walking or mountain biking. Our guests particularly enjoy the walk over the hills to Bozburun, the waterfall around Turgut and the climb to the small fortress overlooking the village.
Small tours or excursions to the environs, i.e. waterfalls, Datca/Knidos, Bozburun yatch harbour, and to the nearby historical ruins adds immeasurably to your appreciation of the history, landscape and culture with which you come into contact.
Our guests also choose to take the minibus to Marmaris for more sophisticated shopping or visit Bozburun where you can see traditional wooden gulets being built. It is also worth exploring the interior of the Peninsula. There are waterfalls close by, with trout restaurants where the tables are set in the river. Right up in the mountains you will find the picturesque village of Bayir which is the place to buy honey and pistachio nuts.
Boat trips are the highlight of a visit to Selimiye. The coastline is so stunning and the water so clear that a trip to deserted island for a barbecue lunch and a swim in a secluded bay is sure to be a memorable experience.

Location description
Situated in the green and mountainous periphery of Marmaris, Villa Manzara is located 60 m. above sea level in the hills with a beautiful panorama of the Selimiye Bay and the surrounding almond and pine covered mountains from where cool breezes bring relief even during the hot summer months. Thats why Villa Manzara catches the Meltemi, Gods A/C as we call it because it is complementory to our set of A/Cs found in ever room of the Stone Villa.

Directions
The buses to Bozburun and Selimiye can be a mode of transportation as well as taxi and minibus services from Marmaris. Follow the Datca road after exiting Marmaris until Degirmenyanı. Pat drive tor 2 kms and turn left at the intrsection for drection Bozburun. Driving 20 kms more you will come to Selimiye. Fallow the main road until you see Jet Migros. 15 meters after you pass it turn left and enter to the narrow road. Drive for 250 meter and turn left at he intersection. Climbing op the ramp for 200 meter you wil reach Villa Manzara on your let. Park at the park place across the road.
