It is one of the largest 1 bedroom villas on the island with 1100 sq ft of living area and nearly 3000 sq ft of outdoor patio and pool deck area. The villa is completely private and gated. All windows are louvered and all window and doors are screened.
As a guest, you'll enjoy panoramic and breathtaking island views of St. Maarten, St. Barth's, Statia, St. Kitts, Nevis. Expansive covered and open air patios surround and overlook a private pool which is caressed by warm tropical trade winds year round. Private gardens full of aromatic tropical plants greet you in the entry area. All road...s leading to the villa are paved.
You'll find many of the most beautiful beaches in the world (rated by numerous travel magazines) located just a short drive away. These beaches are quiet and uncrowded and offer many activities as well as fun beach bars for lunch. In the evening, select from countless world class or casual restaurants all just a short car ride from the villa. The Villa Manager will meet you at your port of entry and escort you to the villa. Rental car can be provided and waiting at the villa upon your arrival.

Payment: 50% deposit at time of reservation and balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Refund if cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival, minus $200.00 administrative fee. No refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival. No refunds for Christmas/New Years reservations
Payments may be made by Visa or Mastercard. Check In Time: 3 p.m. Check Out Time: 11 am
Prices based on double occupancy, additional persons @ $50 per night. Includes Queen Aero bed for additional guests. Cell phone will be provided with stay. Phone may be used anywhere on the island and calls may be made to anywhere in the world. Top up minutes may be purchased at most stores and gas stations on the island. Lost, stolen or damaged phones will be charged a $75 fee.
