Description
On the outskirts of Sami in a peaceful location surrounded by olive trees is Villa Erotokritos, a newly built three storey stone villa.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, both with ensuite bathrooms. Balconies leading off the bedroom overlook the pool and have views to the mountains.
The modern lounge area on the upper ground level is open-plan and very spacious with a feature fireplace, flat screen TV and homecinema, leather sofas and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a full bathroom with a washing machine. French doors lead out onto the terrace area and the pool.
The lower ground floor has a twin bedroom/studio which benefits from its own seating area.
The outside area is laid mainly to lawn with a large freshwater swimming pool. There is a large terrace area with dining table and chairs and barbeque.
In this villa you enjoy both traditional Greek atmosphere and modern luxury.

Location description
In the general Sami area, there exist a series of beaches ranging in all possible hues of blue, green and white, either organized such as Antisamos and Agia Paraskevi, or more secluded or even rechable only by sea.
Its worth to see: The cave lake of Melissani, the cave of Drogarati, the lakes Karavomilos and Avithos, the National Park of Ainos Mountain, the beautiful habitats that were rescued from the earthquake, the scenic villages and the museum of folklore and cultural inheritance.
Having a history that spans over a large number of centuries, the Sami area is full of archaeological sites, with the acropolis of Palaiokastro and Kiatis ricing over it with their commanding precense, the roman baths and aqueduct, ancient fortifications, venetian bridges, old monastiries and various archalogical finds.
Other activities
Sami offer all possible comforts due to its highly specialized tourist market, such as lovely hiking tracks, sea sports, fishing and riding. Boat cruises to Ithaca.

Cultural aktivities( such as concerts, exhibitions and plays), and local folklore festivities.

Directions
It is about 38 kilometres from airport of Kefalonia to the Sami.
From the Sami Port there is daily ferryboat to the mainland Patras and to the island of Ithaca.
