The house is situated in a rural area, along the river Lot, with easy access to the river, between the barrages of Castelmoron and Villeneuve sur Lot, 10 km from each. There is very little current, but the river is wide and deep, so not really suited for little children to play in.
International and olympic rowing teams come here to practice.
There is a mančge At 2 km, tennis court at 3 and Golf at 30.
Accommodation is not luxurous but complete.
There are no direct neighbours, so privacy and quiet is guaranteed.
