Description
Calusa is a beautiful villa in Rotonda West, Florida. Suitable for families and groups, we are in the perfect location for the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast and close to several golf courses. Within easy drive of the Busch Gardens, the Everglades and the Orlando theme parks.
Bedrooms master 1 with king bed and direct access to pool.
Master 2 with queen bed with direct access to pool.
Bedroom 3 double room with queen bed.
Bedroom 4 twin room.
The den/office has a double sofa bed.
All bedrooms have a TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher and waste disposal.
Separate utility room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, butler sink, Dyson vacuum cleaner and linen basket.
Comfortable lounge area with large sliding doors giving direct access to pool, large flat screen TV. Formal dining area with table seating 6. Further breakfast table seating 6 for more relaxed dining. Den/office with double sofa bed.
All bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning takes place at the end of your stay. Our local maintenance company will be available should you need assistance during your stay.
We have a travel cot and high chair permanently in the villa. Heating available in winter through the air conditioning system. Removable pool guard for children's protection. Four bicycles in the garage, beach chairs, parasol, coolbox available. Selection of the boardgames, DVDs and books available.
We have a 30' solar heated swimming pool with heated spa (for an additional fee). Large pool deck with patio furniture, door leading to pool shower room. Gas BBQ (must be left clean at end of stay, gas provided free of charge), landscaped garden. Driveway for 2 cars. River and canal view.
We are an ideal base for the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast. Englewood is approx 15 min drive away. Siesta Key (approx 45mins drive) has powder white sand. Gulf Coast sunsets shouldn't be missed, a trip to Fisherman's village in Punta Gorda is recommended for the perfect sunset photo.
Please note, for owner's security, there are 4 security cameras on the outside of the property.

Location description
Located at the crossing of the Rotonda river and canal. Great outlook in a peaceful area.
Calusa is near to the Port Charlotte Mall, approx 20 mins driving time. There are extensive restaurants in Englewood, Port Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Charlotte stadium (15 min drive) is the Spring training home of the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team.

Deposit/Booking Notes
Dates secured with a 10% or 150 deposit (whichever is greater). Full balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Discounts will be considered for long stay rentals. For the months of Jan/Feb/Mar a minimum of 1 month rental will be accepted (either January or March, excludes February). In addition to the rental price, a fee of 100.00 will be added to the balance for villa cleaning at the end of your stay, BBQ cleaning is not included in this fee and will be taken from security deposit if the BBQ is not cleaned before you leave. Should you require electric pool / spa heating the charge is 50 per week. Solar heating is free of charge.
