Boasting 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, double garage, electrically heated swimming pool & spa, our Florida villa is perfect for your next family holiday!
Fully air conditioned, tastefully furnished to a very high standard the villa is able to accommodate up to eight people comfortably. The two master suites have large ensuite bathrooms, as well as convenient, direct access to the pool lanai area. The two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom with one offering a double bed and the other, two comfortable single beds.
All have their own large closet, dresser and TV, ensuring there's plenty of room for the entire family.
Bluebell villa is open plan, with a beautifully furnished living room leading to a bright and spacious dining area where all the family gather together for a bite to eat. You can relax and watch TV, DVDs or listen to music in our large, well-equipped family room. Open up the full height, sliding doors onto the pool area and bring the outside in with beautiful views overlooking the secluded lake.
Relax outside by the private south-west facing pool. Electric heating means the pool and spa can be used all year round with plenty of room for everyone to relax and sunbathe in comfort and privacy. The large lanai area is ideal for barbecues and outdoor eating with a large patio table and chairs. There is also a safety net around the pool that can be set up ensuring that any small children are kept safe whilst outside.
The location of the villa is ideal as a base for visiting the many
attractions Florida has to offer, with close proximity to superb restaurants, shops and the local beaches of Englewood, Manasota Key and Boca Grande just a 15 minute drive away.
Tampa, Sarasota, and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva are all within an hour and a half drive.
Situated in the southern Pine Valley sector of Rotonda West, Bluebell Villa offers the perfect location for a peaceful, relaxing holiday with some of the Gulf Coasts most beautiful beaches only a short drive away.

Beautiful home, with a gorgeous pool. Saw plenty of wildlife, including alligators, herons and dolphins. Stongly advise taking the sunset boat trip with Captain Russ at Cape Haze marina.
