Description
Modern 3 bedroom villa located in Puerto Pollensa which is a family resort in northern Mallorca.
Fully equipped villa with large swimming pool (10 x 5 m) which is heated when required.
2 bathrooms with modern fittings both having walk in showers. The main bedroom has en suite bathroom.
Living area is spacious including lounge, dining and fully fitted kitchen.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6/7 people. One bedroom has a double and single bed. All bedrooms have French doors.
The villa has air conditioning, wireless internet and UK TV.
Outside there is lots of space to relax either in the sun or in the shade. There is a dining table accessed straight from the kitchen.
The beach and the famous Pine Walk is within 150m of the villa.
The villa is fully enclosed with walled gardens making it perfect for families with little ones.
