Description
The Palms is a beautiful contemporary new villa with large private pool, designer kitchen, three bedrooms and stunning south facing pool decks, located in the Pine Walk area of Puerto Pollenca - this popular family focused resort in the north of Mallorca. Completed 2018, everything is brand new and furnished to a very high standard.
Just 100m from the seafront and beaches, there is no need for a car when staying at The Palms, as the resorts facilities are all within walking distance.
Set in its own gated grounds, the villa is set on one level and furnished to a very high standard. Gated secure parking. Roof terrace with beautiful views to the Tramuntana Mountains.
Designed and furnished to an extremely high standard, with a spacious open plan living space leading out through retracting double doors to the expansive pool decks. Sun loungers, shaded dining table & outdoor settees for all. The private pool is a large 12m x 8m at its widest point, with tiled steps.
Stylish designer handmade kitchen with Bosch appliances and all the expected gadgets and facilities, such as beverage fridge, Tassimo pod coffee machine, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave. BBQ.
The master bedroom, with king sized double bed enjoys the use of its own private ensuite shower room with Hansgrohe fixtures and fittings. French doors lead to a private terrace.
All our bedding is luxurious high count 600 thread Egyptian Cotton. Thick, fluffy bath sheets, hand towels and pool towels for all guests. Sumptuous bathrobes for all adults.
A further double bedroom with king sized bed and private terrace. French doors.
An additional twin bedroom, that can be configured to be a super king double bedroom. We have bedding to suit a this room being twin beds or a double bed.
Shared family bathroom with double sinks.
Bath towels, pool towels, bathrobes and complimentary welcome toiletries provided. Hair dryers. Complimentary welcome pack.
Air conditioned for summer. Under floor heating for the cooler months.

Location description
The Palms Villa is located in a small enclave of private home called Can Singala, at the quiet western end of this wonderful family resort - Puerto Pollenca (Port de Pollenca). The villa is just a short walk to the sea, beaches, bars, cafes, restaurants local to us, and the town itself is a 15 minute walk along the sea shore. No need for a car. Transfer advice available. Flights to Palma serve Mallorca.

Perfectly located for all water sport, golf and cycling, and of course....relaxing my the pool or beach.

''Just back from a fantastic week at The Palms villa. Great location with restaurants and mini supermarkets within walking distance and the beach visible from the end of the street 😀 We chose this villa because of the outside space and were not disappointed, many areas to relax either in or out of the sun. Pool was a perfect temperature and a great size for a villa. We were a party of 5 adults and my 8 year old nephew and we never felt on top of each other. Puerto Pollenca centre is a 25 minute walk which we did each evening to restaurants and some days to catch the bus to Alcdia and the old town. Di was a great host and responded to my queries before arrival when Debbie took over who was super helpful and gave us lots of info to make our stay perfect The welcome pack was very thoughtful and much appreciated, especially after a long flight delay, and kept us going until the following evening. The villa was fully equipped for every occasion even having plastic crockery and glasses for poolside use. Absolutely recommended for a peaceful stay, close enough to action if you want it, as a base to explore from or to spend everyday around the pool soaking up the sun with family and/or friends.''

''First time staying at the Palms Villa, after an excellent holiday last year in Footprints villa. It did not disappoint. Location is perfect for a family holiday just a short stroll along pine walk to peurto pollensa. We had everything we needed, with a generous welcome pack, and after a delay of 10 hours at the airport having cold beer and wine in the fridge and something for the children was a life saver!! Debbie was super helpful with any queries and the accommodation is first class, with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. Pool is amazing and we definitely will be back''.

The kitchen had everything we needed and it was such a lovely touch to have a welcome hamper of food on arrival. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were great. Debbie was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. All the information provided by Di prior to arrival was great and it made finding the villa very easy. We have had a wonderful stay in your beautiful villa and hope to be back! We loved the pool, especially after a day at the beach. Formentor is our favourite. We also enjoyed early morning paddle boarding in the bay. We felt so at home and the villa has everything you could possibly need - including the wonderful welcome pack! The setting is beautiful. Thank you! P.S. Laroc is worth a visit. And we would also recommend the Al Fresco deli for lovely baguettes.

Wonderful Villa

The perfect holiday
We went to Puerto Pollensa 35 years ago and stayed at a Ca'n Singala villa and it hasn't changed a bit apart from he pine walk being paved over. The villa was immaculate and had every commodity you could wish for. The welcome pack was far more than we expected but very much appreciated. We are hoping to come back next year. Thank you Di and Richard for such a beautiful villa.

Stunning villa
We have stayed in the owners Footprints Villa in the same location and were very lucky to be one of the first to stay at The Palms. The villa is stunning inside and out , very modern with high quality fittings and furniture. Everything you will need is provided and a lovely welcome pack means you dont need to go shopping on arrival. The outside space has many different seating options and a beautiful pool. There is a shop within 10 minutes walk where you can have breakfast or find neatly everything you will need . I would recommend you try the Illa Dor Hotel , which again is within 10 minutes walk , for lunch or a drink as the views are amazing. We have already booked to stay again next year and would confidently recommend.

In a word FABULOUS
We were one of the first lucky guests to rent and enjoy The Palms Villa after it was first opened and were thrilled with the quality, space and attention to detail we found. Being a new build, everything was new, and the whole design worked perfectly for the six of us. The pool is large as are the patios. Very private too, not overlooked. The owners were great from booking to making ready for us, and they have clearly put a lot of thought (and money!) into making a luxury home from home. Well done to them. Super fast wireless too, so the older kids thrilled! We will certainly return, as to be so close to the sea and of this standard is a rare find.
