Description
Themis villa is a luxurious 4 bedroom villa in central Protaras, located in the St Elias Area in a quite road. Outside there is a large private swimming pool with built in roman steps at the shallow end of the pool and ladders into the deep in. The spacious pool area has 8 sun beds, an outside shower, a built in traditional BBQ area, pergola area with weaving for shade, a relaxing seating area and twinkle solar lights in the garden to create an evening atmosphere.
Themis villa is just a 10 - 15 minute walk from Protaras with its vast array of bars and restaurants and the local beach ideal for snorkeling and swimming, or test your hand at a bit of water sports, take a boat trip or a wander around the walkways.
The villa has four stylish and comfortable bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one in a Mediterranean blue theme, one in a brown and orange theme. Both rooms have balcony access overlooking the stunning St Elias Church, fully fitted wardrobes, mirror and shelf, stool, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The master room also has a TV, DVD and mini fridge. The two twin rooms (one situated on the ground floor) both have wardrobes and mirrors and two single beds in each & air conditioning units. The twin room upstairs has a TV and play station and extra Chester draws and the twin room downstairs has a ceiling fan also.
The villa offers free high speed Wi-fi internet access, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, iPod/mp3 docking station and plenty of games & books. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and fridge freezer etc. so everything you need is to hand. A spacious and cool villa with shutters which is most certainly luxury home from home!
